Caleb is the best barista, when he is there and serving me I know my drink will be made correctly! Thank you for the great customer service and for always making my drinks delicious and accurate. Give this guy a raise and promotion

Drink was made wrong and I was standing in the store for over 14 minutes until I had to ask them where my order was to find out it had been sitting on the table hidden off to the side the whole time. They have two different sections for in-store orders and online orders but no clear indication. Not once was I addressed or asked about my order or welcome to the store during that time. I haven't got Starbucks from this location in months and I don't plan on returning.

Consistently make my daughter’s white hot chocolate wrong. They need to actually READ what people order. This is the 4th time it’s been wrong.

Waited 20 minutes for my coffee and then they handed me a nasty, watered down coffee. Didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait for a new coffee or my money back. Won’t be returning. Multiple other customers were standing around also complaining about the wait. I also overheard the baristas loudly discussing how they are getting sick, while handling peoples drinks. Disgusted and disappointed in my experience today is an understatement. Here’s my “coffee” that was supposed to be an iced sugar cookie latte. I order it frequently from other locations so I know what it should look and taste like.

People who are in a rush to get to work do not want to wait an extra 15 minutes for a drink they pre-ordered online. The younger workers can show each other pictures from their phones and chit chat all morning long but no drinks are coming out. Please do not let two teenagers run the store in the morning!! It's crazy when you know your drink is going to take too long based on who you see behind the counter...

Why is it when my girl isn't here i can't ever be on time for work. I order ahead a half hr before i arrive. Your employee Caleb is absolutely more concerned with his buddies then he is his job. When I see he's working I literally don't even order. There's one girl. One. That can get my order right and actually in a timely manner. I'm gunna get her name to shout her out bc the rest of the employees need to get it together. Slowest service ever and they do not care

i love starbucks in general, and this store is okay. the workers for the most part are friendly. my only issue is i will order online & come when i get a notification indicating its ready. i’ll go in there and half of my order is ready or it won’t be at all.
