Burned bread. Why do you not look at what you are serving??
Very stingy with there condiments. I don't understand why I have to ask for the same condiment 3 different times to get the close amount I want on my sandwich. Total of 8 olive slices on my sandwich from the 3 times I asked for more. This is why jersey mikes and Firehouse get my money before subway does. Tried to give subway another chance and they disappointed me.

I've never had bad results at other subway locations, but EVERY time we go to this one, it get worse than the last time. During this incident, we ordered on the app. We waited the 20 minutes and picked up the order. Fantastic! It was ready! In the past it hasn't been. We checked the bag and it had the correct amount of sandwiches, and cookies, so we thought we were gonna have a good experience. Once we got home, one sandwich was incorrect, and another had a small amount of turkey. We lived with the light meat, but we called for a replacement because of the messed up sandwich.
When I arrived. One of the two employees working behind the counter just completed helping the prior customer. He asked what I would like, I explained that I called and my sandwich wasn't right. He then took the sandwich that was just sitting on my truck seat, placing it in the prep area for the sandwichs. Then he asked my name and spent several minutes looking at the cashier's register. Then he changed the receipt roll on the register, then started several conversations with people (not doing anything) . Finally he comes back and finally throws away the bad sandwich (contaminated and been sitting here for at least 5 minutes, possibly 10) and started making my sandwich on the same spot(eeewww). He then asks if I want my meat heated (that is an extremely strange question that I've never been asked before) .

Cashier taking her time to ring me up cause she is talking to a customer and having me wait. She rang me up for a sub and pop and not paying attention when I told her two subs of same thing. If your going to talk to someone do it on break not when customer is waiting to pay. Poor service and rude on cashier’s part.

So I ordered two footlongs and one 6-in online and went in to pick them up. Didn't notice anything until I got home and took the subs out of the bag. But they barely have anything on them. One of our subs came with only a little lettuce and no dressing and so we called the store to talk to the manager and got told that there was nothing they could do about it. SO I DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SUBWAY

This subway is not participating in national sale but the workers have no idea of the specials or why this location doesn't participate.

Terrible service. Rude staff. Toppings and condiments were slim to none and they had everything put away so they had to find things in the fridges when we asked for them. Then middle aged woman behind the counter being disrespectful to other staff. Note to self, don’t come in within 2 hours of closing time because they will make it known they are irritated.
