The Niles Taco Bell is no doubt the worst taco bell in the area. They put No meat in their Tacos, no matter if you get soft or hard shell the only thing you get is the shell lettuce and I sprinkle of cheese.

Disgusting!!!! Absolutely disgusting I’m normally wouldn’t go here because they floors are dirty and they employees the males in particular are a dirty they don’t even wash they’re uniform. Bad decision to go today I threw up after two bites now I have food poisoning and need an adult diaper because how many times am I going to have to run to the bathroom I’m beyond pissed this place needs to be shut down until it can be ran properly. And I need a check because I don’t even know if I’ll survive this I may need to go to the emergency room.

Portions were very inadequate. I ordered 7 steak tacos, hardly any steak. If I combined them all I could make 1-2 tacos.

Everyone in the area avoided this location when the videos of employees being high nodding off in the drive thru went viral but it’s been months later so we gave them another try and it was the wrong decision. Half the order was missing the other half was made incorrectly and taste horrible. The lettuce was definitely bad. Nachos with no cheese, nacho bell grande made incorrectly but up charged for what was added, missing cinnamon twists, missing double stacks, burritos and tacos thrown together not even closed in the wrapper in the bag. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food place
I will not be returning. My food was burnt, yet ice cold. Thrown together like trash. I did mobile order and had to sit there and watch my food sit because they moved their mobile pick up spot. I wish I could give negative stars!!

I ordered 2 dorito locos 2 soft a side of flat bread with beans on it nacho cheese and cinnamon sticks they didn’t even give me my cinnamon sticks and my bread was cold and I waited 20 minutes my beans were hard and i was so disappointed to see my most favorite Taco Bell be sadder than McDonald’s I hope you learn from this and don’t play about food. 😔😔
