Was bluntly and very rude told I was wrong and I need to read there screens and then slammed the drive through window on me for asking a question about there menu! These people are so rude. It’s super sad that theses days the customer is always wrong and get cussed at. And the windows slammed on us!!! Terrible and so unprofessional

Restaurants deserve a 1 star if…
they mess up your order… giving you a chicken chalupa when you definitely ordered beef. Check the picture and tell me if it’s beef or chicken… their restaurant smells strongly of skunk (or the pharmaceutical equivalent) you wait over 5 minutes in front of the register just to be acknowledged
This Taco Bell is not worth your time. There’s a pretty good one in Buchanan where it’s clean, the employees get your orders right, and you have a pleasant experience. Taco Bell in Niles, please get better! I shouldn’t have to drive to Buchanan for quality service.

Service was good but the food was horrible. I ordered a Chessy Gordita Crunch and it was served with chicken (i didnt order chicken) and was cold. My Crunchwrap Supreme was mostly tortilla and filler ingredients, ALL ground beef was literally in one little spot at the bottom of the Crunchwrap. Employees are extremely loud and unprofessional while working insulting each other and cussing to where customers can hear. Definitely the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to.

Absolutely disgusting. The wrappers were covered in other food/chicken pieces. We literally didnt order chicken. The people were so unfriendly and unhelpful who just glared at us the entire time they were making other people's food. They didnt even care that we had a problem. They should be embarrassed

The Niles Taco Bell is no doubt the worst taco bell in the area. They put No meat in their Tacos, no matter if you get soft or hard shell the only thing you get is the shell lettuce and I sprinkle of cheese.
