Stopped in to eat dinner. Stood at the register while two girls just totally ignored me. They were very busy talking to a boyfriend. I waited for 3 or 4 minutes and they never even acknowledged me. I had my wallet in hand and ready to order. I finally heard enough and walked out.

The food was totally inedible. The French fries tasted like mildew smells and cool, the burgers and bacon were horrible and the drinks just tasted like soda water. When I called to complain about the fries(as we hadn't tasted the burgers yet), I spoke with the manager who insisted the fries were fresh and should be fine. I explained we threw them directly in the trash. She offered to replace them to which I explained I have somewhere to be and don't have time to come back. She said that was all she could do! Couldn't even offer a refund on the fries or a voucher to come back. We will not be going back there!

This is the best Wendy's in the entire area. I drive all the way from Mishawaka just to go to this Wendy's because every other Wendy's in the area sucks. If you like Wendy's you need to drive to Niles and you need to go to this Wendy's because they are awesome and the food is how it's supposed to be.
Burgers are great! But the chicken sandwiches you should swerve like a rhino in the middle of the road. Just awful. No knock the people cooking just the quality of chicken they used was unbelievably bad
