When I walked in, the employee said she would be with me in just a minute. Thank you for acknowledging me! That's so important to me. The food came out super fast. We got two taco salads, and so the stuff that comes with it is already in a little packet, so nothing was missing. Salads were good, love the freestyle drink machine, and the setting was laid back.
Cashier was so awesome. She made sure my 5 year old daughter got the unicorn toy, without prompting or asking, even was willing to go dig for one. Great service:)

Waited in drive-thru for several minutes waiting for the car ahead of me to have someone take their order. We were the only two cars on the property, at 7:45p on a Tuesday. After leaving because I had places to be, I drove past the drive-thru window. The two girls at the cash register were just gabbing and staring out the window together. Like side by side in the window looking at the snow?
The prior time I went they gave me the wrong food, then the wrong receipt, and forgot my drink. This Wendy's is going downhill and will soon be just as bad as the Taco Bell in town.

What a disappointment. So tired of people not taking any pride in their work. Drive through line out past the parking lot. Waited in line for 10mins, and another 5 while at the speaker. Placed my order, finally, only to have them make it their way, not the way I placed the order. Par for the course though, there is literally no place in niles that does the bare minimum even to come close to average food. Thank you though, cooking from home from now on. Add Wendy's of Niles to the list of suck.

There was an insanely long line that nearly made it out into the street in the drive through last night, maybe due to other locations having issues taking orders. Despite this, the employees stayed on top of it and handled orders one after another, even though it was 30 minutes to closing. My food was still made perfectly. If it was up to me, all of the employees here would be rewarded for their hard work.

I had some mouth surgery, so I can only eat very soft foods. Wendy's chili was perfect for this. Not only is it hot and tasty, it sticks better to my ribs than yogurt, cottage cheese or thin soups.
