I recently ordered takeout online for my wife and I through the website. It was for my birthday lunch and we were both excited. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with the sauce on the side. My wife picked it up as I was concluding a meeting. My order did not come with any sauce. Not sure how that got missed but I ended up using some other dipping sauce I had at home to try and make do. Otherwise I would have been eager to recommend this place but it was disappointing to know that there was no quality assurance prior.

This was our first time at a Wings Etc. and my husband and I were delightfully surprised by the tasty margs, plentiful and delicious pork nachos, friendly servers, and cozy sports bar atmosphere. They have specials for almost every day of the week too! By the way, their bathrooms were tidy, and very clean. We’ll be back again!

What a disappointment, I usually love this place. The food is great. Hostess sat us at a table this evening and we waited 15 mins before we decided to go somewhere else. No acknowledgement or eye contact from the 3 wait staff that were buzzing around us.

The staff were wonderful towards us and quickly fixed an error in our appetizer. It the staff stays as friendly as they were the day we were there. I would say they are doing something right and deserve return business.

It's not rowdy and never is. Perfect volume levels even on game days. Staff notices the social ques and pays attention. Definitely shouting out to our bar tender Jennifer F 🖤

Was in Niles and decided to get a to go order for dinner. Sat at the bar and ordered, had a beverage while waiting. Other people came in to pick up to go orders, and theirs were packed in a nice looking paper Wings bag. Our order was tied up in a plastic bag. We live just across the state line. Ordered bone in Wings which were still warm, but hard and saucy. Ordered curly fries and received straight fries wrapped in paper and put into a plastic bag. Opened up wrapping and fries were balled together like a softball. They were not warm, we had to microwave. Ordered 2 side cheeses for fries, they were put in a plastic bag with the cold celery and blue cheese. Cheeses not even warm for dipping. Called and talked to a manager, right off the bat he offered a $10.00 voucher. We said that doesn't help our meal tonight, and we do not want the offer. This is just about what happened to us several months ago. It would be really productive for Wings ect if the owner actually would read the postings from patrons. Our choice going forward will be no more dining with this business and no more posting.
