Was back in the area for an appointment with my son, decided to stop in to grab a bite to eat. Haven’t been here in probably 25 years, but I have great memories of this place as a kid. Food was amazing, exactly as I remember it. Thanks for a great Ruben and fries, and my son loved his French toast and bacon.
This place was really good! It may not appear that was from the outside, but the food was fresh and tasted great. Kind of an overwhelming walk up menu situation so I made it easy with just a chicken tender sub and fries. I was unaware of how things worked there so I skipped the tip when I placed and paid for my order. They bring the food to your table though so I felt bad I didn't and didn't have any cash. Friendly and clean establishment.

The owner was personally working the register and we had a very lovely conversation, he ended up offering me free food and wanted to take a photo with me. The whole staff was very friendly and one asked me about the college I attended and if I'd recommend the program. The customer after us stated that he's been a regular for 30+ years as well, the food was amazing and the prices were unbeatable. An absolute must try in the Livonia area!
