I came through the mobile through to pick up my order. When I got home I realized that 2 of the sandwiches were incorrect. I called the restaurant and spoke to Calvin about the issue. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem. This is the kind of customer service that companies need to provide. 5 stars to Calvin and Chick-fil-A Northville!

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and the service and food is absolutely amazing! From the youth up until the older employee’s, they all are mature and very attentive to their work! Every moving efficiently while treating you with respect along the way! Currently I DoorDash and this restaurant is along my route. I’m a disabled veteran and I suffer from PTSD and this location helps to calm my condition during my work shift. They also provide a military discount which is very useful during the current state of my life. Almost every other restaurant has horrible customer service compared to this place. To produce quality food and great service daily throughout the year is truly outstanding. Shout out to Chris, Robert, and Kannon. Keep up the amazing work!
