I can’t say enough great things about my local Chick-fil-A. Every single visit is consistently perfect, and that’s no exaggeration. From mobile orders to drive-through runs, they’ve never gotten a single item wrong. The food is always fresh, hot, and perfectly packaged, nothing is ever missing, and everything is right where it should be.
The drive-through experience is top-tier. Despite how incredibly busy this location always is, the line moves fast and efficiently. The team members (mostly young adults) are super professional, polite, and organized. They keep things moving without ever compromising friendliness or accuracy.
Insidd the restaurant is just as impressive. It’s always spotless and well-kept. As a parent, I really appreciate the thoughtful touches they add to make it a kid-friendly environment—like clean eating mats, readily available sanitizing wipes, and well-maintained high chairs and tables.
Chick-fil-A has truly set the standard for what a fast-food experience should be. This location deserves major kudos for delivering such consistent, top-notch service. Five stars every time!

There really is no better Chick-fil-A location in the Metro Detroit area. I've never had a bad experience here, nor has my wife. We eat here pretty often, and it's a well-oiled machine. Great staff, great food.

Always crowded, the line does move quickly, people take care to ensure to get the food out to you. The taste is consistent with other stores. They have people outside taking orders in the drive through to ensure people don't take too long over the speakers. They have a mini show and tell menu to speed things up.

I was out running errands and have been meaning to finally try Chick-fil-A for the first time. I noticed that this place finally didn't have a ridiculously long line. I saw that as the perfect opportunity. I got the highly recommended chicken sandwich and it was alright. It seems like they put butter and sugar in their buns to give it a sweet, buttery taste and maybe that and the sauce are the appeal? I felt a bit underwhelmed. I also felt bad because I ordered my kids the chicken nuggets and I didn't realize that they were grilled chicken strips and not the typical breaded type of nuggets. They were good but my kids refused to eat them because they were used to Micky D type nuggets.
