Finally, a Chipotle near me with good service! Too bad that I had to drive all the way across county lines (I live in Oakland County, and this place is in Wayne County) to go here.

Took an Uber to get dinner. Waited 10 minutes along with 9 other customers in line when a female at the register announced they were short staffed and on line orders only. No sign on the door to let us know. I would not have gotten out of my Uber and gone to my next stop. Due to their lack of service it cost me $16 for no dinner. What kind of service is that to your customers. Complaining now because it is the 2nd time it has happened to me. A sign on the door would have been appreciated.

The store hours are from 10:45am. I arrived at the store at 10:50am. The doors were locked. After ten minutes, a guy comes to the door and states we are having a delayed opening this morning. This is such an inconvenience. I drove there and waited 20 minutes until they were scheduled to open at 10:35am. The person answering the door was very nonchalant as if the customers time doesn’t matter.

Every single time I have placed an online order at this location not only has my order not been ready until after the pick up time but the order is missing items… every single time

The Northville, Michigan Chipotle is filthy every time I go there. It’s like eating out of a garbage truck. Not one clean table, food everywhere.Trash cans are always spilling over, never emptied. Always out of ingredients for the bowls. Terrible attitude from the employees. Just an overall awful experience. I keep getting tricked into going there by my kids and it never changes or improves. I promise myself this time, I’ll never be back. It’s literally nauseating.

I recently visited this Chipotle location, and I have to say, my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the manager. From the moment we approached the counter, he seemed rude and dismissive. When we asked about customizing our orders, he insisted that he knew how things were supposed to be done and refused to accommodate our requests.

What really struck me was his attitude. Instead of engaging with us in a helpful way, he suggested we call the 1-800 number if we wanted information about how the food should be made. I've visited plenty of Chipotle locations before, and I've never had anyone respond like that. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, he ended up asking us to leave when we tried to express our concerns. It's disappointing to see someone in that position handle customer service so poorly. I left feeling frustrated and really disheartened, and it's clear that I won't be returning to this location. I'll definitely be sharing my experience with friends and family to make sure they’re aware of the service here. No good management No good behavior No good service

I recently visited this Chipotle location, and I have to say my experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had a few special requests for my vegetarian bowl, and they handled everything with ease.

However, there was a small hiccup—some chicken had accidentally fallen into the Fajita Veggies. As a fully vegetarian customer, I obviously couldn’t have that! I pointed it out, and they were more than willing to start fresh and make me a new bowl without any fuss. It was great to see how dedicated they were to making things right.

I had come from another Chipotle where I had a pretty bad experience with a rude manager, so I was relieved to find this location nearby. The service here really turned my day around, and I left feeling satisfied and happy. Overall, I highly recommend this Chipotle for anyone looking for a good meal and friendly service!

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience from my visit on July 18th around 10:30 PM. I found the service really disappointing. One of the staff members (a girl working at that time) told me to order online if I wanted more — even though I was ready to pay right there. I wasn’t asking for anything free, so I honestly don’t understand the attitude. It came across like they just didn’t feel like helping. Also, most of the items we came for weren’t even available. Overall, it felt like no one really wanted to serve customers properly. Just wanted to let you know.
