I wasn’t going to leave a review but when I got home I realized my order was completely wrong… Like others have mentioned here, I walk in and was completely ignored. No “hello”, no “I’ll be right with you” nothing. I stood waiting to order for almost 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. When someone did finally take my order, I could barely understand them. I had to ask him to repeat himself 3 times. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food while one cashier made the food and the other 2 cashiers stared blankly into space. Honestly every time I go here it’s a mess. It seems like they only hire people with absolutely no communication skills or customer service experience.

Stood under sign that says ORDER HERE. I was ignored. Then finally told to ignore the sign. Therefore I had to get in line behind a woman that came in after me. The coffee lids at the counter wouldn’t fit my drink. Take the sign down if you don’t want customers to stand there. Seriously how dumb!!!

The Northville location needs to call out the names on the orders when they are completed. They have a bad habit of giving out the orders to the wrong people. One time I was getting my food and they handed off the a guy with his hand in the bag. I told the clerk to re-make the order. Then on another occasion, they didn’t call out our name for the order and mixed it up with another. Again, I asked them to remake the order!

Came here wanted the brisket Bagel they were out of it. As we were finishing our meal, they kicked us out because they were closing at 2 PM. Won’t Come back just for the simple fact that their customer service sucks. Staff was rude. Two thumbs down!?
