I go to this location regularly and can honestly say that every person that has waited on me has been very kind and courteous. It's so nice to experience old school service from employees (across the age spectrum) that appreciate their business. Hats off to the manager hiring and training the employees.

I’ve come here multiple times over the years. My favorite specialty is the Green Chilli bagel. This place never has them and always makes some lame excuse for not having them. If they’re genuinely getting sold out, why aren’t you making more? I’m sincerely disappointed. I would not be posting this had this not happened every time I come here. To add to the misery, they shutdown the other location on 5 Mile Rd/Sheldon!

recently purchased a gift card of $25 and wanted to use it for my current purchase and I was told I’m not allowed to use it. I have to come next time and use my gift card. I have to pay for the purchase separately and I have done A gift card in the past and never had an issue like this very disappointed

Twice I've been to this location and have had the same issue. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese with cheddar cheese on top, like the pizza bagel. I was charged $6.60, which I would have no complaints about had I actually received a better finished product. I have ordered this at other locations before, spelled out the exact same way, and have been satisfied. Both times this location gave me a very poor example. The way the cheese was melted is definitely not how it would have come on a pizza bagel. Which is roughly the same cost, so I should get a similar product. The amount of cheese wasn't a lot, and I believe it was microwaved because the bagel was chewy in a way it shouldn't have been had it been toasted.
I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt and try it a second time, and it was the same outcome. I will not be trying it again. I was in a hurry so I could not go in to get a refund and am left very dissatisfied.

I would give 1 star overall but I have been here many other times and everything has been fine. Today was just a bad experience, and other customers witnessed and commented on it.
I placed an online order for 1030. Received an email saying ready at 1040. Ok, strange that I pick a time and it gets adjusted, but whatever. At 1055 my order finally came out and it was completely wrong. I opened 3 of the items to check it, showed the female manager and she took it back. She then handed it to another customer. She realized not all of it might be his so she took it back and actually divided the wrong items between two orders. Keep in mind, I had opened it and so had she, and neither of us were wearing gloves. That alone earned you 1 star but I am hoping she was just frazzled and made a poor choice. My order was remade and was correct. Two other customers witnessed all of this, commented on how bad this was and wished me luck. I am only mentioning that so that you'll understand how unprofessional it looked. I will be back, and hope you are able to address the food safety concerns.

We went to this cafe to have a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The eggs were not cooked and had an odor. My daughter asked for the manager, which was the same lady that took our order. She told the manager the eggs are not cooked ( way undercooked) runny. And they were supposed to be scrambled. My daughter asked to return them for actual cooked eggs. The manager was very rude and not professional. ( SHE SAID NO- SHE ALSO SAID THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE NEW SANDWICHES. I do not think that was wise, being that the eggs have been recalled and so many people are ending up in the hospital. So we just left. We could not eat the sandwiches. She gave us NO REFUND AND NO NEW SANDWICHES. I would like the OWNERS to address this matter ASAP. As they could be liable for a lawsuit should anyone get sick.
06/20/2025 9:50am UPDATE- My other daughter called the cafe today and asked to speak to the manager. Kelsey which was the one that was the manager and rude, She explained that the eggs were not cooked and they were raw, she was again very rude and hung up on her in mid conversation-. My daughter was trying to advise her on the dangers of raw eggs and she should have replaced the sandwiches. She was lying to my daughter about the incident.I will be calling the BETER BUSINESS B…. I hope the owner reaches out. She is not only very rude , she seems like she has mental problems. She should not be working in an establishment like this.BTW. I took a bite and got sick later that day. Please replace with a competent and professional manager-

I wasn’t going to leave a review but when I got home I realized my order was completely wrong… Like others have mentioned here, I walk in and was completely ignored. No “hello”, no “I’ll be right with you” nothing. I stood waiting to order for almost 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. When someone did finally take my order, I could barely understand them. I had to ask him to repeat himself 3 times. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food while one cashier made the food and the other 2 cashiers stared blankly into space. Honestly every time I go here it’s a mess. It seems like they only hire people with absolutely no communication skills or customer service experience.
