I would give 1 star overall but I have been here many other times and everything has been fine. Today was just a bad experience, and other customers witnessed and commented on it.

I placed an online order for 1030. Received an email saying ready at 1040. Ok, strange that I pick a time and it gets adjusted, but whatever. At 1055 my order finally came out and it was completely wrong. I opened 3 of the items to check it, showed the female manager and she took...

The Northville location needs to call out the names on the orders when they are completed. They have a bad habit of giving out the orders to the wrong people. One time I was getting my food and they handed off the a guy with his hand in the bag. I told the clerk to re-make the order. Then on another occasion, they didn’t call out our name for the order and mixed it up with another. Again, I asked them to remake the order!

This is a great establishment located in a strip mall type setting. The team members here are friendly and helpful. They do a good job at keeping a variety of bagels regardless of the time of day. I have stopped in for breakfast and lunch. I have been greeted warmly and my orders are flawlessly prepared. Thanks so much!! Keep up the great work ?
