For some reason they never get to go orders right. Always missing something that you paid for or don't follow instructions on what not to add. Ordered to go multiple times, always something missing.

Good place but service is inconsistent. Food is excellent but some dishes are incredibly salty.

Wonderful service with bad food. Eggs weren't cooked as ordered. Avocado was served in clumps as opposed to using the back side of a knife to portion it professionally.
Ive worked with kids who take more pride in their food presentation.
It's gotta be hard to work in a kitchen when you cant cooked an over easy egg...

Waited a half hour AFTER the pickup time for half a sandwich and soup. Was then brought out to me completely stone cold. Never going back.

I have nothing to say about the food, i was satisfied. The food was never the issue and I’m not usually the type to leave reviews unless I really need to. My friend and I try out different restaurants around michigan. We are highly familiar with the restaurant and business industry and the way we were greeted was outrageous. We joined the waitlist online and once we walked in and stated our name, the first lady was nice. However, the one seating us has a disgusting attitude. I quite literally could not believe someone like that is employed by a place with such high expectations. She gave the most dirty look when my friend requested to possibly be seated outside. Then she starts giving her coworkers side eyes and acting as if we are some type of burden. As we’re going outside, she told her other coworker “people are getting seated outside” with a nasty attitude. As she sat us, she practically shut the door in my friends face as she was walking outside. I figured we are some type of trouble so I told her if it’s that much trouble we could just sit outside and she says “Nope. We have open seating.” once again, with an attitude. I understand customers can be annoying sometimes but to complain and act snotty IN THE CUSTOMERS FACE talkings about them, is a bit of a stretch.

**UNDERCOOKED PORK**
I ordered takeout. over easy eggs and crispy bacon.
Yokes were all hard.
Took a bite of bacon and something didn't taste right. Turned over the 4 strips and the two on the bottom were WAY undercooked. They were limp and the fat was still white. Needless to say I threw away all the remain food.
Will not go there again.
The food was ok. I ordered a wrap, the tortilla was kind not that good, but the eggs and coffee were good

First off my family has dined at First Watch restaurants from Florida, Ohio, and Michigan and the service and food has usually been spot on.
Today I ordered my healthy turkey and it was delivered to the table and the onions were black and tasted burnt. I showed this to my server and told her they tasted burnt. She took it away agreeing that the onions looked black.
She returned telling me the manager's response was " those are supposed to be cooked/roasted that dark black" so my options were more black onions(with the burnt taste) or no onions.
The manager Jeremy came to the table to speak to me. I remarked that I've had First Watch onions many times before at various locations and they were never this dark and burnt tasting. He informed me that this was the look(black) First Watch was going for. After telling him they tasted burnt he never gave me the option of cooking/roasting some to replace these.

The tea selection here is rough but also my water came with coffee in it🥴 The outside of the container had some splashed on it but upon pouring from the carafe into a clean mug, the aroma of coffee was overwhelming.
The chickichanga was great, I like it with the mixed greens dressed with lemon oil instead of the potatoes.

We were very excited to eat here but had horrible customer service. We will not be back.
We arrived and were told it would be a 30-45 min wait for a party or two. After waiting 50 minutes, we asked for an update and told it would be another 30 minutes. Staff was rude and not apologetic, and could have been more communicative with us when they realized it would be longer as we spent an hour just standing at the host station.

Had eggs Benedict, but it wasn't served with the usual english muffin. Good juice options - very tasty.
