We love Great Harvest! The pizza rolls, the chocolate chip cookies, and the blueberry muffins are some of our favorites. Not to mention all of the delicious and creative breads! And never hurts to grab a hot chocolate on a wintery day in Northville.

I ordered online for Christmas but I was told I could not order rolls because they weren't out yet. Of course, by the time I got there clear from Brighton the rolls were all gone. Very disappointed but would always go there. Such good bread. Wish they could make a gluten-free bread too

Best customer service ever! The staff here went out of their way to be accommodating (the day before Thanksgiving!). The one item I've tried so far was delicious; looking forward to trying the rest for breakfast tomorrow!

We love our Great Harvest in Northville. We always have their old fashion white bread on hand. The cinnamon chip makes the best French toast! Service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had bad experiences before buying from this Great Harvest. We never complained about any of them before because they were always carry out and we only discovered the issues at home:
1) undercooked muffin;
2) dry and not fresh cinnamon pull apart bread;
3) bread loaf containing sesame, when its description never mentioned sesame. That matters big time to us because our son has sesame allergy.
However, our experience today was different. We went there today and I bought my son a mini cinnamon bread, for him to eat there. The moment I cut a piece for him I noticed that it was very dry and hard. Obviously it was not fresh. I came back to the lady who works there and asked what I already knew: “was it made today?”. She said no, then I said well it is not fresh, look at how hard the dough is. At this point, I was showing her the product they sold me. Then she insisted saying it was fresh (I mean, she had just said it was not made today!)! I said well it is hard and dry and I want to return it. Then she said you can’t return because you touched it (?!). I only found out it was an old product the moment I gave it to my son. I was actually asking to exchange for something else and not a refund. I couldn’t believe what was happening! They sold a not fresh product, and instead of apologize and try to make things right, they preferred blaming the customer.
In the end, after insisting a lot, she gave me the refund and I bought something else instead. I felt I was not treated with respect, especially being a regular customer.
Their fresh things taste very good. So make sure if you decide to buy anything there, you should ask the question about when the product was made. Because they will place products in the shelf for days until they are sold out.
Very disappointing experience and I will never go back. My son and I deserve better.

First time here last week. Purchased the cheese bread (which is actually very good) and several of the pull apart cinnamon rolls. All 3 of the rolls were extremely dried out and just terrible, even heated up dry with no icing and the actual roll was very dry. Wound up throwing most of them out. Not a great first impression. For the prices they charge every item should always be fresh, otherwise what is the point? Not sure I would make the trip back from Canton.

Freshest bread ? I’ve had in a long time. We picked up a fresh baked loaf ? of Sourdough bread! Absolutely delicious. 5 Stars all day long. Fantastic selection of pastries, the hot baked items were sold out of course but next time I’ll make it before closing.

Wonderful selection of soup mixes, pies and more. Loved the atmosphere and service was great! 5 Stars definitely add this to your baked goods list! Free parking and easy access for handicapped accessible needs. Kid friendly, dinning inside and out available.
