Hungry Howie's Pizza

Ordered Cajun crust and it’s not seasoned well at all. Tried calling the store and no one is picking up. Not to mention we ordered sauce and that wasn’t delivered. Never ordering from here again.

Never knew ordering a pizza required an offshore call center. Horrible ordering process. Won’t do it again.

I tried to order online and the order didn’t go through because of an error on the website so I tried to call and the phone kept showing up busy like they had the phone off the hook. After multiple attempts at calling, I finally went in because my bank was allowing a pending charge on my account. They told me that even though there is a pending charge on my bank account, they will have to take the order again and charge me again and I will have to wait the 20 minutes for the food to be ready. There was zero apology or explanation for why this process has been so difficult.

All I ordered was boneless buffalo wings and 2 calzones…. Wings had barely any buffalo sauce I had one wing with sauce on it 😑 and then our calzone didn’t come with lettuce or the tomato in the side… this place was empty so not sure what the issue was but definitely won’t be going back how do you forgot lettuce on a calzone smh terrible

I ordered a calzone. When placing the order over the phone it is an answering service that answers not the store. When I picked up my sub I should have checked before I left. It was not correct. When I got home I tried calling and could not speak to anyone at the store. I had to call the service again and I waited for 15 minutes and when it was finally transferred I was disconnected. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my order. Kind of done with the hassle. Won’t be ordering there again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE. Ordered a Pizza w/ ranch for delivery, left a tip big tip in advance. The driver left the pizza on the ground on my front porch without knocking, and forgot to leave the ranch cups. I found the cold pizza over an hour after I ordered it sitting on my porch. Who delivers a pizza and doesn't knock or wait for me to grab it from them? Then I tried calling the local store twice at different times about it and no one answered. I called the number that hungry howies posted on google reviews, they took down my info and said the store would give me a call, guess what no call. I wont order from here again. Go to the little caesars near this location instead.

I'm a big fan of hungry Howie's pizza, however the quality and taste of pizza at this location, just doesn't taste like what I'm used to. The quality and taste have went down ??

I've had a few problems with them but this time took the cake and I'll never go there again, they got one old guy working who's playing with his dentures right beforehe's handling my, I asked for my money back and he threw it at me, f him and that lame pizza place

This location is a hit or miss when it comes to the quality. Staff is friendly but there’s other locations I would recommend.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my elderly parents. While I'm not a fan of the call center you use to take orders, the pizza was delivered hot, fresh and quicker than expected. The parents said it was delicious, so good job and thank you.

Told I could not use fundraiser coupon that I purchased

This place is awful I called their number and I m someone answers from India that got the entire order wrong. I tried calling to speak to the manager and once they connect me to the store no one answers the phone. Worst place to ever order pizza from. Call them if u want ur entire order placed incorrectly. Will not be ordering from them ever agin.

Don’t get the salad we ordered. Called and got no answer, went to the store and picked it up. Ordered the pumpkin spice bread, didn’t get the frosting. Not a big deal but you like to get what you pay for. Only dealt with one employee, didn’t seem like he wanted to be there.

I filed a complaint with Hungry Howies and they said they were going to follow up with the store and help me, but that did not happen.My wife walked to your location, got home, saw it was uncut. She called and they didn't help her at all. Why would you just not send someone to replace it? We literally live 0.2 miles from you.Why would you also blow off your customers? I'll never eat at another hungry howies again.
