We ordered pizza through DoorDash and paid in advance. The estimated wait time was up to 30 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up, they told us there was “some confusion with the order” and we needed to wait another 10 minutes. Completely unorganized and disrespectful of customers’ time. I have a gluten sensitivity and in my opinion their crust and GF pizza (which only comes as a deep dish four square) is the best I have had. The crust has to be deep dish to cook enough and have crunchy edges which I can hold in my hand without toppings sliding off. Other GF crust pizzas I have had that are thin are mushy, floppy and have to be eaten with silverware.Thank you Jets!

This literally had no flavor I had to go test myself for covid just to make sure that I didn't have it because I had no flavor in my mouth minimal sauce what's a turbo crust I don't think so it just doesn't have enough flavor for that I would not recommend it and I will not eat there again

This is my absolute favorite pizza place! 1-Amazing delivery 2-Always on time 3-Friendly staff 4- my pizza it's always done the way I wanted it. I usually get cauliflower with pineapple and Ham, well done and I give that 10 Stars if I could.

I have ordered pizza from this location multiple times and I haven’t had any issues. The food is always prepared as I have requested. I usually order delivery and have found all of the delivery people to be friendly. The wait times for receiving the delivery are usually pretty close to what they say they are going to be, or often times less.

What no napkins? The Jets pizza store that ran out of napkins yesterday? Store probably makes a million a year and the cheap owner can't stock napkins. Pizza was ok, was not well done like I ordered and it had hardly any cheese for a $20 pizza. I guess I look for value when I throw down a twenty for a pizza. It really was not there.
The best Jets ever! There are two in Northville and this one is by far the best. Everything is always fresh, hot delicious. The salads are always fresh and crisp. The manager is spot on and runs a great store.

Unbelievable awful service. Ordered a carry out pizza. Order was incorrect when arrived to pick up. Managers solution, wait 20-25 mins and a free pop. Not really acceptable. Overall Jets is mediocre anyway. No offer for discounts etc.. There are enough pizza places to choose from, don’t accept rude, shoddy service from this place. Zero stars on service - won’t be back.
