I don’t typically make a fuss, but this is the second time I’ve experienced this issue. There’s a larger gentleman who works here, and every time I walk in, he seems to have an attitude with me. I honestly don’t think I’ve been difficult, especially since the other employees are always so pleasant. It’s just not like this at other locations I visit. I’ve lived in Northville for about 30 years with my husband, so I’m familiar with the area and the people. This man has made derogatory comments about God, and as a Catholic woman, my faith is very important to me. I really hope we can get this sorted out.

The ginger is my favorite he let me get his pot of gold, the goth looking girl looked like she was tripping kept talking about some random stuff and zoning out overall ginge and other guys where very good.

Just left. Got my order wrong 3x was at the window for 10 minutes. It was bad. Got home and also they gave me Diet Coke never asked for. Bad service. The line was soo long behind me and people were waiting so long some even left the line. I don’t get how hard it is to get an order right with a computer screen, tablet, and all this technology…it’s not that hard guys.

We love to use the app and swing through for a quick pick up. Delicious. Not always correct, but often yummy! Plus the staff are super friendly and helpful!

Went in for an order. Workers seemed very confused and needed to repeat the order 5 times to different employees. Definitely did not know how to handle an allergy order. Used to be great, maybe it was new people.

Had a reward on my app I tried using, had to wait to re order because combo nullified it. After we ordered I was some how charged more than the first total and was told the reward didn't qualify. I was given the reward 6-16 and expires the next 6-17. I feel bait and switched.. I like jjs but after this experience it's no go, as far as the 1 star on food gos that's because they also didn't get the sandwich right, service was sub par yet nice..

Vegetarian options: Paid $17+ for 2 vegetarian sandwiches. Not sure how I felt about this price... 2 pieces of bread with lettuce and tomatoes for $17 sounds kinda steep.

The kid at the register was extremely rude. A young lady had to take my order because the boy simply walked away and started talking to one of his co-workers. When asked if there was a problem with him taking my order, the girl said, " he's just joking around," the boy mumbled,"No, im not." Then he proceeded to run to the back of the store. Will be calling corporate.

Jimmy John's for the first time in a while. I always get confused (lol), but since the menu is set, it's nice to just say the number you like and you're done. I like JJ's bread because it's so delicious even without toasting it. It was past noon, but there were quite a few people waiting. I want to go again because I want to eat a lot of different things.
9.2022 Purchased for lunch. I know it's delicious as it is, so I decided to toast half of it (lol) I guess you don't have to toast it after all (lol)
