This is maybe our fifth of sixth visit. So if you enjoy Korean food (bi bim bap, kimchi/tofu soups, japchae, and especially Korean style BBQ this is an excellent place for you. One other favorite appetizer are the deep fired chicken wings. Thick, super crispy crust yet moist and tender inside and five types of sauce (we like the sauce on the side).
OK, so I’m recently moved here from Las Vegas and I work right next-door at Wolfgang bakery and Grooming 🐩 and a customer came there with a bag of kimchi box. The smell was amazing to the point. I had to go over and get some right after work very first Korean restaurant I tried here in Michigan and I have to say service was great greeted me right away was very friendly atmosphere was beautiful and amazing and very relaxing And I asked a bunch of questions and they answered the questions very friendly. I will be eating there tomorrow thank you to the lady and the man that helped me order😊 One royal bulgogi box 💯oh my so good and bibimbap bbq chicken Thank you for great service

Terrible Terrible Experience me and my wife will NEVER go back there. It was a super slow night and it took FOREVER for us to be greeted once we sat down. No one really said anything to us and everyone seemed super judgmental towards us. Once we finally got our food we waited for about 15 minutes and the food was barely cooking also no one explained to us how to work the heater. Also allot of our food was touching and it did not seem very sanitary. When we complained to our server he acted like it was no big deal said he does this all the time. We told him we would like to speak to a manager and then he got SUPER DEFENSIVE and said that we can get out of here. We go to these types of restaurants all the time and have NEVER had such a bad experience as we did that night.

As a massive fan of the regular kimchi box, I had very high hopes for this restaurant. The food was pretty good, with some caveats, but the service was meh.
Pros: -The bbq was pretty good - the chicken was better than I expected and the spicy pork was decent -Having the egg and cheese on the side is a cool idea
Cons: -Service was mediocre, which is something you’d expect to be good at Korean bbq. -Only some of the side dishes were good, and they were missing potatoes :( -Very limited chicken options(lowkey just an issue for me)
For this price point I’d much rather go to a place like The Seoul or Macheko (both of which are cheaper), or for something higher end, Daebak. Definitely better than Kpot though!

I’ve been here countless times! Literally my weekly lunch date is here. Also some dinner occasions as well. We always get the lunch specials with kalbi and a soup. Dinner, we’ve often gotten the kitchen entree of kalbi and spicy pork. My fave soup there is kalbi tang. But really I liked all their soups. My kids love the corn cheese. I really liked their wings but I am not a fan of the sauces. I get it plain and eat them with kimchi.

Kimchi box has been a long time favorite of mine. I’ve been out of state for a year and made sure to pick up some spicy pork kimchi tacos. Kimchi box never disappoints. The staff is always so friendly, restaurants are clean and the food is amazing. In a plaza with a few food options, if you’re not eating at kimchi box- you’re doing something wrong. Love this place!
I hadn't dined in before, and the beef bibimbap was a bit of a surprise. While I appreciate authentic Korean flavors, this one leaned more Americanized. The good news is it wasn't overly strong and stone pods worked well which could cook rice well done. Still, I think I'll stick to my go-to, royal bulgogi.

My recent dining experience left much to be desired. I went out with four friends, eager to enjoy a meal together, but unfortunately, none of us were satisfied with our choices. The staff took about 15 minutes to approach our table and take our orders, which felt longer than necessary. When the food finally arrived, it seemed to take an eternity, and when we dug in, we were all disappointed with what we had chosen. It was an outing that didn’t live up to our expectations at all.

Ordered a take out for Dinner. Comparatively food was not okay. Kabli looked more like bulgogi with more veggies than meat. The portions were so small that I had to order some more food from a different restaurant, so be prepared and dont be surprised. Will not be returning to this place.
