A let down on my lunch

They rarely have pizzas ready for “hot-n-ready” and have been blaming understaffing for years. Franchisees, do better! Worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to.

Easily the worst LC in the area. Never ready at open, always a wait. Asked how long for a H&R pizza, guy made it sound like they were coming out of oven. 10 minutes later, still no pizza.
***update*** after getting back to work, open the box to find a lunch pizza not baked in a pan and so poorly made the dough is still raw!!! Management!!! Seriously? This is what you find acceptable? This is disgusting!.

Listen !! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LITTLE CEASER . It was a Saturday evening 6/22 at 8p. I placed an order for 5 Hot and ready 3 pepperoni 2 cheese (5) orders of crazy bread and chicken . They forgot to add the butter cheese and I could not believe my pizza was undone , the pizza was very doughy still “I could not believe it “ crazy bread was cold and seemed old like no evidence that it was fresh out the oven . I was livid because I had about 20 hungry kids waiting on this pizza . I do not understand how could they even box the pizza knowing that the pizza clearly was not done . Upset ! The only really saving grace is because I spoke with Sophia who was the lead that evening and she refunded my entire
Order for my inconvenience.

The toppings were scarce and they weren't spread evenly.

Went to get lunch at 1:35 in a Friday, “employee”/person out front in street clothes said “Sorry, we don’t open until 3.”

Asked them to add butter & parmesan to my order and they told me it was already added on. Got home, no butter & parmesan. Lied to me.Half the slices were barely cut.Every order I've gotten here in the last few years has been crushed by the edges of the top of the box, they do not care.I will start driving to another location even though this one is so close to me.

the place was slammed and one girl held the entire restaurant together; doing the back and the front and being the face welcoming everyone inside. she deserves a raise. was in on 8/25/23 around 7pm; give the girl a raise.
