Aweful. Went there at 6:45 on 4/3. No line, then get to the window. Missing fries and a sandwhich told the lady at the window and I was just stared at. Appeared she didn’t understand what I was saying so she called over another employee had to show her my receipt of what I paid for. Finally got what I ordered but the fries tasted like they were from the previous day.
Get it together , not the first time this has happened there at this location.

Just had drive through employee laugh in my face after I watched them hand my food to another car and then take another several minutes before moving out of line. I asked how long my food had been sitting. I told her I didn't want cold food - it's definitely cold. Called manager 3 times before he answered and then all I heard was how sorry he is for his horrible employee, trying to blame it on her not speaking English. She spoke fine and btw who puts customer facing employees on the floor who don't speak the predominant language? Of course my order was wrong, missing a cheeseburger. Compensation is supposed to be me come back tomorrow and they'll give me the same order free minus the rudeness I guess. Hard pass. The owner should evaluate how business is conducted in their name.

23 minutes for a dine in order. Literally drive to a different McDonald’s or go to a sit down place instead to eat faster. 😴
Order breakfast at 10:40am via app, got there at 11:01 was told I had to pickup my preordered food before 11. Forced to get a refund for food that should’ve been bagged already. This location never fails to disappoint I promise.

I ordered “McDelivery” on the 5th of March. It was delivered, but was missing my meal. The drinks came. I called and spoke to a lady (I know, I should have gotten her name.) She stated she could see my bag right on the counter. I think she wanted me to come and get it, but having just had surgery, I couldn’t. She asked how they could “make it right,” and offered a gift card. I said okay, gave her my name and address. I have heard nothing since then. I’ve tried calling and was told to contact DoorDash, but I didn’t order through them, and it isn’t part of my DoorDash order history. I’m feeling frustrated. I cannot recommend this McDonald’s for deliveries. I already had incorrect drinks delivered the week before, but I let it go. Not sure where to turn for reimbursement.
Everytime I go there and get food for my wife or the kids it's always the same thing, lobby is dirty, food is poorly made or missing extra items, service is extremely slow and the employees are either rude or non existent. Terrible McDonald's overall

Line, sooooo slow and after that order still wrong. Go to Wendy's down the road on center ave, in and out of the drive through with food in 5 min.
They want you to buy your food and just LEAVE. They act as if they don't want to have to clean up after their paying customers and they prefer that you hit the drive through. I was told that the women's bathroom didn't work and when I dared to ask a pudgy male employee where they went to the bar if they had to go...he got smart with me and told me that he can go stand up outside and piss out there. I had to lie and tell them that I had a bladder disorder for the maintenance lady to let me in the women's toilet and it was in the morning before 10:00 am. The manager wasn't there at the time this happened to me. I'm not gonna bother going in there any more. I used to enjoy grabbing my breakfast there until I was treated this way.
My entire life of going to McDonalds, i’ve never been talked to with so much respect. Shout-out to Kevin he made my experience alot better!

Employees are rude and incapable of doing anything right. Something as simple as giving them a drive thru code and taking an order is like rocket science to them. And trying to make sure they DONT mess up your order is met by extremely rude and extremely defensive employees who take no accountability for their mistakes. Drive the extra 2 miles and go to the one on 8mile and haggerty.

I came in to pick up a GrubHub order for a customer. I said good morning to the gentleman and he said, "What was your order?" Oh my, straight to business without taking me out to coffee first. Okay. I answered back with the number and affirmed him that I know it's being worked on. The lady that nahhed it handed it to me. I said thank you and have a good day. She frowned and walked away.
If that's how she talks to a nobody contractor, then I can only imagine how the customers talk to her and how she talks back to them.

Does McDonalds have an issue with affording good actors?

Great food but only two staffs was servicing the customers. Waste time on queue. They were over stretched, At a time they stopped taking orders inorder to be able to settle those whose orders has been taken. I suggest the management should have at least 3/4 staffs per time, one person to be taking orders and two or three preparing and packaging the orders.

I just wanted to post I go to this McDonald's a lot. I find manager calls me a liar that's to be changing. I've got got faith in god she'll change.
