Only 2 machines working. Chocolate shell out of stock, no hot fudge, dirty. I spent $40 for horrible product and service. Not worth the visit.
Dirty, smelly, and even the Magic Shell wasn’t so magical. Only a handful of flavors (thankfully my favorite was one of them). I added Magic Shell, but it never hardened. When I pointed it out, the guy at the counter dismissed me and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Please - I’ve been eating Magic Shell since I could hold a spoon. It hardens instantly, not someday-maybe. By the time some of it finally set, it tasted off, so I tossed it all. Between the filth, the attitude, and the bad product, I won’t be back. What a shame this place has gone downhill.
We've been frequenting this Menchies for years but in the past 6-12 months it's really gone downhill, I believe after a management change. I decided that today was our last visit unless things change. I immediately noticed a gross odor when I stepped in the door (like a damp, mildewy sponge). The floor was wet but didn't seem clean. Only 9 of 14 flavors were available, with the others out of order or removed, which has been the case on our past few visits. It keeps declining, which I feel is going to end up giving us food poisoning if we keep visiting.
I don't know what has happened to this place. I walked in and most of the machines are not working. I tasted the yogurt and it tasted sour. There are handwritten signs for some of the yogurts as well. It's a shame this used to be a nice place to go to.
This location has really gone down hill the last few months. Usually they are out of multiple flavors. One time the machines were putting out metallic tasting froyo. I complained and they said machines likely needed to be cleaned. But they put out no sign and I watched multiple customers go to use the same machine. I let them know but it was gross.
This place was the grossest food place I have been to in years. I had to just walk out and wait outside. Every chair and surface was dirty with foot multiple marks on every surface. Bathroom had soap on the floor. . .
The health department should shut this place down.
Buffet style sugar place cannot be safe food.
I believe management should allocate more time to training staff on customer service and emphasize the importance of honesty with customers regarding reward balances, rather than quickly bypassing the screen.
I love Menchies and i enjoy it. This time the Menchies felt like there was no Air conditioning and the building was very smelly. The Menchies employees were not nice and welcoming. We got there an hour before it closed and they already started emptying out almost all of the flavors. There was only one flavor available and it was barely working. Menchies lost a lot of business as numerous customers walked out because of these conditions. I am very disappointed with this Menchies and hopefully they take this advice to get better.
Dirty,
There was no one in the store instead of cleaning the guy was on his phone the entire time. Floors filthy, front door covered in fingerprints .
Pretty gross
I love Menchie’s & will find any reason to go. I only went to this location because I had a Groupon & I was really disappointed that I wasn’t able to get the flavor of yogurt that I wanted because it wasn’t melted. I don’t live in the area so I went out of my way for it & couldn’t run back another time.

The place is filthy, and over priced. Also what am I tipping for? I did everything while the employee was in the back playing on his cellphone. One and only time going there.
Very dirty!
Where are the flavors? How many variants of chocolate and vanilla can you have? Where's the berrys, banana, orange, fruit flavors? No fruit toppings either. The cleanliness was deplorable. The prices high. Sad. Never again.
I ordered via GrubHub for myself to pick up because I had my kids in the car with me. I left a note in the order what I was driving and that I couldn’t come into the store but would pull up outside. I pulled up and called the store to verify they saw me. The guy said he never got an order for me and then I needed to come in and just make my yogurt. I told him it didn’t make sense because I had a receipt for the order. He said OK just come in and make it. The whole reason I ordered online was so I didn’t have to go in. So I locked the door and quickly ran in, and no one was inside. When I called some young kid came to the front on FaceTime with his friend whom he didn’t hang up, but simply sat on the counter. Which was super awkward because I could see him staring up at the ceiling while I was talking to the cashier. I told the cashier that I ordered, and he quickly looked at three tablets on the counter found the one for GrubHub that had my name on it. I said to him there’s the order you couldn’t find. He used the excuse that it was behind a tablet. He took forever trying to figure out what I actually wanted, which was just one frozen yogurt with three toppings, and when he couldn’t seem to read the order I offered to do it myself which I did and got more than my money’s worth.
Love the marshmallow flavored yogurt!
