The food was not that delicious. I was not impressed with the flavor or quality of the food. The floors were very dirty. The pop machine seemed to be either running low on syrups or calibrated wrong as the pops all tasted bad.

Takes forever to get your food. Ridiculous waited almost 20 mins for 2 chicken noodle soups and a large pop. No sorry and when she took 6 mins to change the syrup didn't tell me when she was done didn't say a word just walked away. Very rude and unprofessional will never go there again

Amazing staff lead in spite of a busy rush yesterday at lunch. The staff lead was good at taking kind command after a setback.i was impressed. Great Korean steak noodles and drink selection.

The food was fine and quick, but my experience was a bit alarming when I was dropping my plate to leave. Who I think must have been a lead or manager came up and quite literally threw dishes into the bus tub while I was still standing there with my hand and arm over the tub and then rushed off. That struck me as odd and quite rude and the location could also use a serious clean in the public areas.

Our first time at this location and it will definitely be the last! Very disappointing!! We usually go to the Novi location which has exceptional service and food. We expected the same at this location but to our surprise we had a very rude employee who she claimed was the manager and wanted us to except the butter noodle bowl which had several chunky pieces that look like chicken all over the noodles and she said it was all burnt butter. Naturally, I asked nicely for a redo because it was very unappetizing. We have never received food like this before nor would a manager that had proper management skills working with the public and food would respond the way she did. Needless to say, this location has lost our business and I highly don’t recommend!! I suggest she get some proper management training working with the public and food.
I got the Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi and my son the butter noodle kids meal. My son and myself liked the Chipotle dish, he however didnt like the butter noodles which was bland and dry. He loves sweets but spit the Rice Crispy out and said nasty, I didn't even want to try the treat by his reaction alone.

Asian noodle dish had hardly any broccoli or mushrooms. It was a bowl of salty noodles with very little chicken (paid extra for the meat). Kitchen staff did not appear sanitary (no gloves, beards exposed). Tables not wiped down. Had not been there in many years, and we will never go back.

Party of 4, first time for us at this location (per memories...). All ratings Relative to similar restaurants / other Noodles we have visited. Should probably be all '3s,' but now '3' seems to imply some Problems, whereas our experience was fine. Meals were good. Service: food brought guickly enough & was warm when served. And the seating ('atmosphere') seemed a little better than expected so bumped to a 4 also. This is not a place one goes to for 'atmosphere' or 'fine dining' but it makes a nice change of pace from typical Sandwhich Shop (which we do also enjoy).
Parking: Can be a very busy parking lot - there are other stores nearby where we have shopped: 'all due caution' is always called for in lots, but even moreso here, at least closer in.
