Had one guy working took 20 mins past when it says it would be done. If you can't staff enough ppl then you shouldnt stay open

I've been eating pizza since the 1950s. Worked at Domino's when they had a mere 6 stores. I personally made thousands of pizzas while at Domino's. I've eaten pizza from Maine to Seattle. The pizza I got last night from Papa John's was the WORST pizza I've eaten in my entire life. $22 for a medium pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni - couldn't find either under a thin layer of what looked a little like cheese. I ate one piece and the rest went in the garbage. Pizza Hut makes better pies than this place. Chef Boyardee pizzas in a cardboard box are better than Papa John's in Northville.

I don’t know who the new people are beacause the pizza used to be good. The sauces were open, leaking. The pizza was over cooked, black from the bottom.
This is the most horrible service I’ve ever seen. I never recommend the delivery order. It was my first time waiting for my order more than an hour for their notice. And nobody answered the phone.

Delivery order never showed up. Was told that because they use doordash no refund can be given and no redelivery attempt would be made. They did say they would remake the order if I picked it up myself, minus the apparently non refundable delivery fee that I already paid and TIP for the invisible doordasher. We live in a horrible time for customer service when one company just blames another.Also I specifically order from local places directly because F doordash and then surprise it’s still Fd up by doordash.Unreal.

Sub par pizza for the price, will not order from them again. They put the cheese on top of the cold ingredients - equals undercooked pizza. Their door dash delivery service is garbage as well. They drop your pizza off late and put on ground at the door. In the middle of winter that means we received an extra cold pizza under cooked pizza. Not a good representation of Papa Johns from when I ate them in college. STAY AWAY. Jets pizza is worth the wait IMO.

Rude and unprofessional. After ordering and it still not arriving 3 times the amount of time they said it would (over an hour and a half), I called and spoke with the manager who swore at me and hung up the phone. No way to treat customers, will never order from Papa Johns again, nor should anyone else. Too many options out there to be treated that way.

They served me undercooked pizza! I spent 60$ on food and nothing is even cooked all the way from the pizza to the bread. The cheese is still chunky and the dough is very stretchy and soft.
