What a nightmare tonight trying to get pizza on Halloween. How do you keep taking orders when you know you can’t handle them? My dad placed an order for a 5:00 pickup, and we didn’t walk out with our pizzas until 6:40. No joke.
At one point, they told me our pizzas were in the oven and would be ready in 7 minutes. Thirty minutes later, same girl came out and said, “Sorry, your pizzas haven’t even been made yet.” And it wasn’t just us — they were telling the same story to everyone waiting inside.
I get that it’s a busy night, and people can understand that. But don’t keep lying to customer after customer just to buy time. That’s the part that really gets me. And when we asked to speak to the owner, he said, “I can’t talk to you guys, email me.” Seriously?
Terrible customer service. Won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling others to skip this place too.

They were very busy. It took me over 2 hours to get my pizza!! They kept giving the wrong time for the order to be finished. Owner would not come out of the kitchen to answer any questions. Terrible way to run a business!!!

Halloween pick up was a nightmare and the owner wouldn’t come out and apologize. Absolutely unacceptable for the owner to not come out. Giving wrong times when ordering. I ordered for 530 pick up and it took over 50 min plus to get food.

My workplace orders from here often and recently I placed an order that was delivered in a timely fashion, but I realized I didn’t order enough because I forgot we had out-of-town guests. I called them back and they made two extra pizzas in record time and got them to us just in time for our luncheon. Not only is the food great but their customer service is spot on!
Big shout out to the whole crew at Pizza cutter. They always do An excellent Job! Matt and Quine you guys rock tonight thank you! Also, the young man that was delivering tonight didn’t get his name you rock!

Truly the best! After meeting the owner Jack, and a worker named James at a farmer market, I was told to go try the pizza! It didn’t disappoint! It was made specifically by James and you could tell they are made with lots of love and extra cheese! The ranch is out of this world. I ordered 9 sides of it!!! We’ll be ordering on Tuesdays for the awesome deals and the perfect pizza! Bellissimo pizza cutter!
