EXTRA CHARGE for Guacamole. They now give you 2 scoops and then charge for the additional scoop. The reason I have chosen Qdoba or Chipotle was for the Guacamole. When I questioned the server about when this policy started, she said this was always the policy. I know 100% that it was not, unless workers across multiple stores ignored the policy for years. I am annoyed because they present themselves as a better value than Chipotle but this is no longer the case. Also server came across as hating her job. I was not rude or unfriendly to her. She does not make the policies.

The portions are just a joke, I got me a double chicken bowl, and even then it was a small portion, I asked her for more and she passed the bowl forward and went in the back, bad portions and bad service.

Absolutely disgusting.place. Went there tonight for the first time in years and it was terrible. First off my husband got a burrito and it tore so the girl put a new tortilla down and literally dump the other one on it with food flying everywhere and maybe half of what was in the original one into the second one. Then the food was only like warm and the staff was very unprofessional, yelling at one another through the dining room to the back. Music was so loud you couldn't think and it was so dirty. If I hadn't paid already, we would have walked out and said forget it. Will never go back. Whomever manages this place or owns it should be ashamed. Health department may want to stop in.

The pictures speak for themselves. I ordered through the Qdoba app for pick up - 4 different Bowls. 1 of the bowls (Keto) was filled less than Half!! The other one was filled about half (Queso Chicken) and the other 2 were filled about 3/4th! The food quality was good, but cold. Deleting Qdoba app and definitely not going to this location anymore.
Paid for only chips and queso and when I got my chips this is the portion size? Come on…
