I returned my almond croissant to the counter because it was warm, pastry was deflated and butter was dripping out onto my plate. I was told by the staff member all pastries (which they purchase) are frozen then reheated in a microwave. I contacted the bakery where they purchase the pastry goods and they stated they give recommendations on how to handle their products but have no control. They did state freezing and microwaving will ruin the pastries. Never going back.

As a Coffee Connoisseur, I have one thing that must match the coffee and that’s GOOD SERVICE! The Red Dot did not disappoint. The barista took his time to make us feel welcome and share what he believed may be a good fit based on what we shared as our preferences. The coffee, service, atmosphere and ambiance were all wonderful! Great spot for any occasion, kid friendly, indoor and outdoor seating, and ample parking! Easily a must visit, in downtown Northville! 5 Stars across the board.

The staff has been nice every time I've gone in. I've had their cappuccino and a flavored iced latte. Both were wonderful. One thing I wish they had was a highchair for kids. I've noticed a lot of moms going in there and the kids having to sit on their laps or in strollers.

Their coffee is really good, and their own syrups are a treat! I was a little disappointed that there isn't a sugar-free syrup available (important for diabetics), but I did enjoy their oat milk (they don't have almond). Just a heads-up for anyone with allergies. Staff is welcoming and kind as well, everyone should visit!

My first time at the red dot and I just had the chai tea latte, one spiced and one plain and they were sooooo good. I like the spiced one much more. Atmosphere was nice. Parking is tight. Very quaint and nice, highly recommend for a good cup of coffee or tea with a friend 🧡

BEST coffee ☕️ EVER ! Vanilla Chai Latte is the BEST I’ve ever had in my life . Very comfortable, clean , cozy atmosphere. Great service & great food & coffee drinks. I highly recommend Red Dot ☕️
