1st and probably last visit. Atmosphere and service were great. However, those can not make up for poor quality and quantity of food. We ordered French onion soup, barely warm and cheese was no where near melted, big glob of cheese in bowls ( almost inedible). Wife ordered a grilled chicken cobb, little to no toppings. For almost $20 salad you think Rusty Buckets could load this salad up. Essentially we paid $20 for lettuce and what appeared to be 1/2 a grilled chicken breast. Overall we were disappointed and underwhelmed.

I sometimes wonder why I go here. My last trip was my last. The food is mediocre, nothing special at all, there is usually a long wait time, my waiter didn't even know the beer selections, I had to ask several times, he was clearly confused. He forgot some items and had to make multiple trips which added to delays in eating. There are other restaurants in the area that have better food and a bettrr dining experience for the same price so I will not go back.

I’d like to specifically call out the bartender here: short in stature, wore her hair in a a clip with a headband. I’m not sure her name.I asked her for a water while sitting at a table in the bar area and she snarled at me. Then I asked for March Madness basketball to be put on (one of the MANY) TVs and she refused. It’s March. Come on. I then asked my server as well as the manager and still no change. Just annoying and disappointing.

I got the fish and chips. It was quick and everything was hot. Service was great too.
Debacle. Apparently the restaurant was short staffed in the kitchen. We were only told there was a 35 minute wait for a table. While we were waiting, a server came and told the hostess she had to stop seating people because the kitchen was all backed up on orders. Yes we overheard this exchange. So I got up and asked the hostess if the 35 minutes was still valid? She said as soon as the kitchen was caught up, she could seat us. We would never had stayed had we been told any of this at the start, but by then we'd already waited 35 minutes. It was prime dinner time in a very busy area; good luck getting in anywhere else without a reservation. So we waited. We eventually got seated. But of course our food was horrible. No surprise. I got quesadillas that had almost no cheese, overcooked Tortilla and too much seasoning on the outside. My son got a burger with an underdone center he had to cut away. And of course we couldn't complain or send it back, because we didn't want to wait for re-cooks. Totally will not be back. And frankly mad we paid what we did. Oh, and they didn't have the fireplace on, and it was cold AF. My legs are still bone-chilled.

My first time at this location , it did not disappoint. I had the Fish and Chips along with my friend Maureen, who suggested it. The waitress even asked us if we had any food allergies before she put the order in. That was refreshing, we both were never asked that at any restaurant. Our waitress was really pleasant and served us in a timely manner. I will be coming back again in the future.

The staff was terrible. We had a baby and they wouldn't move us from a table to a booth even though there were plenty open. They said they were all “pre assigned with reservations”. I said I had a reservation too and it would help with our special needs baby. They did not care. I had to hold my baby the entire time because they didn't even have a high chair. Also, the food was absolutely terrible. Two of the three meals tasted like a salt lick. We will not be returning.

I’d certainly go there again. Food and service were good. Stopped in on the way back from the airport with the grandkids. The grandkids love their little bucket of suckers kid height. When you walked in the door, that’s a good start. Our waitress is very attentive with the little kids took orders quickly brought food quickly. All important when you have a two and four-year-old.I’m a little tough when it comes to rating thus the three stars I consider three stars to the average. I thought the bar food was a little bit on the pricey side. For example, the children’s spaghetti was seven dollars each. 20 ounce fat tire was eight dollars. But it is what it is
