Both times I’ve come here I’ve waited over 30 min for a simple coffee drink. The staff are so nice and working hard, but so clearly are overworked and understaffed. Corporate needs to provide the budget to staff for such a high volume location

I wish I had read the reviews before I stopped here. I’ve been in line over 30 minutes and haven’t even gotten to the speaker to order yet. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and apparently most of the reviews say the same. I will never come back to this location.

It's typical starbucks food and drinks, so not much variety there. My issue with this place is you will be waiting almost 20 min for an order, no matter how you place it (mobile, drive thur, in-store), so plan ahead. The staff are kind and amazing, I think the issue is understaffing for the demand. I always pre order and then drive to the store and I have always had to wait another 10-15 min after placing my order and driving to the store.

Abysmal service at the drive thru, waited 35 minutes in line to order and when it was my turn I was told to wait again and sat at the speaker for 5 more minutes in silence.

I was on my lunch break and ended up using the whole thing just waiting in line cause the drive thru doesn't allow you to drive out of it once you pull in cause it has a concrete border. If I could have just drive off I would have.

The drinks were made well and that is its only saving grace, otherwise it would be just a one star from me.

The worst service. Waited 5 minutes just for someone to acknowledge us to place an order then waited 35+ minutes and never even got 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered so had to go and ask . This is after giving them a second chance the day before we had to remind them again after waiting over 30 mins for a drink for them to actually make it .

I never share negative experiences. Everyone has bad days and things happen. But I had an experience at the drive-thru that stuck with me. Just very dismissive, rude, eye rolls when I asked for a sleeve for my hot coffee, things you don’t typically expect from a Starbucks. The bigger issue for me was when I called to let a manager know, the response was, after a long pause and me having to ask if someone was even still there “okay.. I mean, did you want your drink remade or..?”. That floored me. Not even a “oh dang, I’m sorry that happened”. Nothing. I ended up apologizing, more sarcastically than I expected, “I thought you’d want to know, sorry for wasting your time, have a great day”. This was just a bummer of an experience.
