Starbucks

I rarely go to Starbucks. My order through the drive thru had a tiny goof. I returned but went inside and a HUGE thank you to the friendly staff for being so quick and kind about the whole thing. I appreciate you! Cinnamon Dolce is gross. Caramel forever! Stay awesome!

first, me and my boyfriend go to purchase our drinks and i attempt to use my stars for points and the barista checking us out tells to use my card with stars on when i didnt want to pay, which i quickly corrected by just using the stars not connected to my card which she did not correct or guide me to. then, we try paying with a gift card with only $12 on it and we are unable to use it and when i ask her to try putting in just the $12 (because that's what's on the card) she gives me attitude & my drink wasn't even filled up all the way. terrible service & overall, the barista was heavily impatient and had a terrible attitude.

I am not sure what has happened within the last four months, but this place has changed for the better!!! The staff is amazing, especially the closers, they are so nice and accommodating. 100% recommend!!

I am so angry right now. I placed my order online over 25 minuets ago. - this is my go to Starbucks at 5:30 am but I am literally leaving at 6 and am late to work over an $8 coffee!! What the heck. The new crew ya go is not it. They suck. Every time I asked about my drink I got told they were working on it. Yet I was 1 of 3 other people to walk in that whole time. Clearly they aren’t looking at online orders or I have no idea maybe they want people to be late to work. Regardless, I’m going to Main Street from now on.

This is my favorite starbucks in a 20 mile radius. My order is always perfectly made, and all the baristas are so nice when I come in and even just grab my mobile order. I absolutely love the free samples they have sometime. The inside atmosphere is always very nice and not crazy. Sometimes they do have a rush and if you order in the cafe it can take longer than a drive through or mobile order, but still this starbucks is great and perfect for me.

At this location at 9:35 am on a Saturday. We had to go to the Kohl's parking lot to park.

When we finally got to the store, there were only two people ahead of us, but it took almost fifteen minutes to take our order.

We were able to find a table right away, and it took about eight minutes to get our black coffee and warmed crescent sandwich to eat. Sadly, it looked nothing like what they pictured in their display window or on their menus. For $4.95, we would suggest you pass on the Ham and Cheese croissant sandwich.
