For some reason this subway doesn't do kids meals anymore. Then got over charged for the six inch deal. Lady behind the counter was extremely rude. 4pm on a Saturday. Was gonna eat there on the way to an event but given the attitude from that older lady, just ate in the car. Not a fun experience

Did a mobile order and when I picked up my order for 2 FL. It was cold when I was on time. There was not l no one at the counter. There was no cheese and the subs was not made to order.

Every time I order here there is always a problem. One time the night shift didn’t make anything for the day shift so the person had nothing to offer after I placed an order online. The drink machine is always down. Today, I was told the drink machine is down again because they are switching to Pepsi which is not indicated anywhere on the app. This is the closest one to order from and I’m all done with this location-I will go out of my way if I feel like getting subway ever again.

730-8pm Wed 10/9/24. The manager M*** is the problem with this location. Every single subway in the vicinity allows you to place more than one order, They actually want you to buy more product from them, which any "smart" business would. After ordering and paying for 4 sandwiches.. M*** Tells me he can only give me two of them... I asked him since the other two are paid for, will you allow me the courtesy of paying for the other two tonight, And I won't order that way from you again... He says nope. When I asked him to cancel and refund the order, he tells me that I can do it myself! I kindly let him know that I've run organizations much large larger than this and his Service and his demeanor is terrible. I let him know that we would be calling the police to get my refund if he didn't do it... "then he did it". The gentlemen, who was making the sandwiches was very courteous, He should be promoted over M***. Realizing this location is closer to me on the way home we were going to switch to getting our weekly subway here... Unfortunately, Mike has now missed that opportunity. ?♂️
I ordered the turkey sub, cookie and soft drink. This Subway does NOT ACCEPT COUPONS! Why they do not have a sign on their door stating that is ridiculous! The young guy working behind the counter was pleasant but I could tell he was miserable working there. My sub was okay, nothing special and they are using smaller portions than before.
