The young lady name Rachel is awesome she made my whole entire order by herself with an young lady right there behind her just looking didn’t help her at all also took care of 4 other customers by herself before me this young lady needs an reward and was also doing cars in drive thru I gave her an $20 tip keep up the great work !

Most disgusting restaurant I've ever been to. Their bathrooms had so much piss on the floor and the only toilet paper roll is sitting on top of it. Flies all over the bathroom and once I opened the door, they flew into the dining room and went right onto the open air donuts. I almost threw up. I've never taken such a sad dump in my life. I was about to use the womans restroom but I saw a lady walk in there. I'm 35 and I've never seen such a horrendous public bathroom in my lifetime. I honestly should've shat on the floor. I hovered above the toilet seat just out of courtesy but now I'm worried I have some air bourne disease. Shame on tim hortons for this mess. I'm going to call corporate on you nasty people.

Terrible, hasn't done anything but go down hill. We use to go often but not again. Slow service, but today we won't be back. Tried to get something to eat this morning but all of a sudden it seemed to be more important for the manager to yell at all her staff in front of everyone not to be on their cell phones. I get it I'm in the service field too. There's a time and place for that. She was yelling at her one girl that handles the food orders. They both started started to yell at each other. Manager should know better to take in the back and handle professionally but didn't. Management doesn't know what their doing and the owner doesn't seem to care. We won't be back. Hopefully for the employees they'll get the correct Management an a owner who gives a .....
