Went through the drive thru. Out of bread for Turkey bacon club… that’s usually the case. Put it on a croissant instead. Girl hands me a boring cream donut after she smashed the donut taking all the frosting off the top and throwing the parchment paper away. I asked for a different donut she said that was the last Boston cream.. typical if they even have them. The sandwich had 2 prices of meat and crumbled up BURNT bacon. No STRAW. Crap food, crap service… CRAP!

Awful customer service and will never be going back to this location. I ordered at the drive thru and I had to tell the worker my order 4 times due to the worker not understanding or just didn’t listen… I ordered an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich on an everything bagel… I ordered a side of cream cheese twice while repeating my order but when we got up to the window big shock, the lady had forgotten to add it so they made me do two transactions on something that was there fault. They also never gave us our receipt nor asked if we wanted it. Opened the sandwich and it was wrong. They put sausage and bacon on it when I clearly stated 4 times while ordering I only wanted bacon. So then we had to go inside to give sandwich they screwed up back. They then told us they were out of egg and couldn’t remake what we had ordered. We asked for a refund which is when they told us they wouldn’t do it because there was no receipt when we didn’t have one because they didn’t want to give us one. The only option they gave us was to give us another sandwich which wasn’t want we wanted. They screwed up our order and was their fault, but yet wouldn’t give us our money back for their mistake…I would strongly recommend going to any other Tim Horton’s locations, rather then wasting time and money at the 6 and Haggerty store.

Do not go here — the staff are extremely rude and disrespectful, especially at the drive-thru window. They get irritated when you try to place an order and keep rushing you to “pull forward” without even letting you finish. It’s clear they just don’t want to work. Terrible service — I’ll never come here again. Wish I could give a 0. It’s not a good place to start your morning!

Honesty one of the better Timmy's around Metro Detroit, shocking how I get my coffee quicker than other stores when there was only one employee. Wish I hand spare bills to tip :( Only bad part about the store is they share washrooms with the Wendy's and yeah some needs some TLC 😅
