We ordered the Fly Me to the Moon carryout sandwich.waited 25 minutes. Opened up the sandwich to find the Zingerman's bread was pretty stale, but the worst thing was the avocado was rotten! Why would you put brown rotten avocado on a sandwich? I would have preferred if they would have said they were out of fresh avocado….disgusting!

Ordered an Americano with heavy cream and sugar free Carmel
The barista confirmed with me that I wanted heavy cream and not half and half, which I could put in it myself. I assured her that heavy cream was the only thing I could have
I got my coffee, no heavy cream. I brought it back up and asked if they could add it, but the cup was full to the top and the gentleman poured a splash of heavy cream to fill the existing 1/8th inch of the cup. He brought it back to me, slowly and when he said it down it spilled all over the counter. I tried to take a sip so I could put the lid on and I burnt my entire mouth. My fault, but I didn't have many options.
I cleaned up the counter and left. Didn't take the coffee. Couldn't even put the lid on it. Very frustrating

I recently visited Tuscan, and it exceeded all my expectations! The deli sandwiches were absolutely fantastic, packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor.
Their coffee selection is equally impressive. From rich espressos to smooth cold brews, and even unique takes on lattes, they have something for every coffee lover.
The atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. Cozy, inviting, and with soft lighting, it's the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours either catching up with friends or diving into a book. The staff is warm and friendly, which adds to the overall relaxing vibe.

Last time I will come here. Ordered drinks and not what I expected. Using syrup and lemonade from refrigerator to mix and give it a name. The issue here is the staff was not friendly and didn’t offer a refund on cold latte that was very watery and drink was made twice and returned back to just throw away. After telling the cashier, the response from guy with black apron “oh that’s what you ordered”. Unacceptable customer service.

Had the coffee, quiche, and avocado egg sandwich. Everthing was super tasty but the sandwich portion was way too small. They need to use bigger bread or something... but it a still delicious?. Staff was super friendly and the place is dog friendly as well. Plenty of seating inside and out. 10/10. I'd definitely go back here. It's a great place to have brunch/lunch with your sweetheart or friends.

A couple of times I've asked if they have any dairy free baked goods, the staff is unsure or unaware. Otherwise I love coming up here on a nice day out and getting a latte and a sammy

Nice place to hang out and get your coffee. Good food, but it's a ripoff. I rarely eat here unless I'm desperate as a result. Today I made an exception and got their sandwich of the month - pastrami, swiss, cole slaw, rye, chips - $20. An expensive sandwich, should be significant and very well done, right? Nope. Just a normal sandwich. Except they left the swiss off of it and put like a teaspoon of cole slaw. I had to go ask for a side of swiss cheese and cole slaw so I could finish making the sandwich myself. This is why I don't tip at cash registers, I regret the $2 tip.
For comparative perspective - for the same price you can go to Katz's Deli in NYC, one of the most expensive cities to eat in, and get arguably the world's most famous behemoth pastrami sandwich. For the same price. I don't actually want a sandwich that big, but I don't want to get robbed for a normal sandwich in a Michigan suburb either. Very disappointing.
