We were waiting for a cashier to take our order but we only saw 3 people. 1 was doing their job while the other 2 were talking and one of them wasn’t doing anything. The one dude who wasn’t doing anything came to the counter stared at us for about a second and went back to talking.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. None of the staff care at all about their job, their customers, or the experience. We've been here more than 5 times and every single time we encounter rude staff, cold food, and incorrect orders.

Very displeased this morning. I witnessed a male employee PUSH a female employee. The women was running drive through, very personable and friendly. Just struggling a bit with English. I had no problem with this. The male employee came and physically pushed her away from the computer and was yelling at her. I was appalled. Very inappropriate. I hope this man is fired or faces repercussions for his actions.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this location but i figured third times the charm is when I would write a review. I orders just a large cherry coke from the drive thru and they somehow managed to mess it up. I was given a diet dr pepper after waiting 15 minutes with just one car in-front of me, and was forgotten to be given a straw. The customer service at this establishment has shown to be little to none.
The drive thru doesn't understand the idea of fast food and I had pre-ordered on the app.

My gosh what possessed me not to turn around and take the order back probably the 5 mile distance and time I had to spend with my daughter. 3 cold Jr. bacon cheeseburgers 1 soggy chicken sandwich and the absolute worst bacon cheese fries don’t get me started never ever! Going back to many serious fast food options available
