I placed my order by phone. The associate was very friendly. When I arrived my order was ready and my lemon pepper bone in wings were cooked perfectly, especially considering I ordered them extra well done. The associate in store was friendly as well. Awesome experience!
Not all Wingstop are created equal. Your staff can make or break your business. Like it or not, you are in the customer service business and you should greet your customers as they come in with some politeness. I am so glad I didn’t read the reviews before placing my order because I wouldn’t have gone there- my experience wasn’t horrible, but I can understand where the customers may be thinking that one of your female managers isn’t very friendly- I assume that she may...
I’m going to give 4 stars because almost every time I been here my food has been hot, good, and accurate. Thanks to the big guy taking orders and the lil one on the fryer. But this time they weren’t there and my food was sooo nasty, ranch was MISSING, and fries didn’t have a lick of seasoning. I’m so upset. Don’t order if you don’t see the big guy + lil guy combo in there at night. The other employees don’t know what they doing.
