The crew was great. Excellent customer service. However, the potatoes soup we came in for, they said that site doesn't serve it & they dont know why its on the menu. They also said they were out of alot of items due to the snow storm & no inventory. I informed them I drove from Detroit to them, so they storm had already been lifted... but otherwise, what we did get was okay. It won't make me drive that way JUST FOR THEM, so I may come again if I'm shopping that way.

Seems to have went downhill. Cheddar broccoli soup was like sludge. Caprese salad had chewy bits of artichoke. Paid $15 for lunch and ate maybe a quarter of it. Oh and now you have to pay extra for bread. Done with place. Overpriced nastiness
Never open
Delicious soup! The employees made sure I got fresh noodles and a little extra broth đđ¤. The restaurant was clean and comfortable as well. Highly recommend!

Not sure what happened to this place, but it sucks! I went in a little after noon wanting soup, and they didn't have enough of the soup that I wanted to fill a bowl. There was a 30 minute wait on the next batch. Ridiculous.. How do you not have soup when that's pretty much half your menu? I was looking forward to a nice bowl of lobster bisque but this place can kick rocks...

I ordered the chicken pot pie soup today and it did not taste like it did in the past. The soup used to have depth of flavor, was slightly creamy, and the crumb topping was the crown. The soup I had today tasted like canned soup and was bland. Even my 14-year-old daughter noticed the difference! Is this due to the name change? Is this due to budget cuts? I hope today was maybe a one off but if this is how the soup tastes from now on, it will no longer be the favorite. I guarantee that!

Went for dinner today/5-15-25 and there's a sign saying closed for private event. Since when do fast food restaurants close for private events? Extremely inconvenient for your regular patrons! Had to redirect my entire family (3 cars of people) to another restaurant. Will probably be my last trip here.

The kids Mac n cheese was ice cold. They could of microwaved it longer. The soup was good. But overall the micro sized sandwich was skimpy. Idk how you turn a soup and sandwich spot into a contentious upscale overpriced spot but they did.
I never know when this place is open. They often start cleaning up an hour before close if open. When I walked in last time they had all the chairs stacked up and the rugs drapped across the railings at the front where you get the food. No one was at the front so as we were about to walk out, woman from the back yelled out, hello what do you want. Lol We'll go somewhere else.
