The crew was great. Excellent customer service. However, the potatoes soup we came in for, they said that site doesn't serve it & they dont know why its on the menu. They also said they were out of alot of items due to the snow storm & no inventory. I informed them I drove from Detroit to them, so they storm had already been lifted... but otherwise, what we did get was okay. It won't make me drive that way JUST FOR THEM, so I may come again if I'm shopping...

I ordered the chicken pot pie soup today and it did not taste like it did in the past. The soup used to have depth of flavor, was slightly creamy, and the crumb topping was the crown. The soup I had today tasted like canned soup and was bland. Even my 14-year-old daughter noticed the difference! Is this due to the name change? Is this due to budget cuts? I hope today was maybe a one off but if this is how the soup tastes from now on, it will no longer be the favorite. I guarantee...
