I ordered the chicken pot pie soup today and it did not taste like it did in the past. The soup used to have depth of flavor, was slightly creamy, and the crumb topping was the crown. The soup I had today tasted like canned soup and was bland. Even my 14-year-old daughter noticed the difference! Is this due to the name change? Is this due to budget cuts? I hope today was maybe a one off but if this is how the soup tastes from now on, it will no longer be the favorite. I guarantee...

I used to love zoup! I ordered the pick 2…The soup was good but when I say they played in my face with my sandwich... It was a baby sandwich I could’ve made at home and had extra for the price I paid. It used to be a nice sized sandwich before the name change, I most likely won’t be returning. The people that worked there were nice though. The 3 bite sandwich was delicious but for $14 dollars with tax included why am I getting a kids meal… ?
