I have been here many times over the past couple of months, and they consistently take 30+ minutes. Half of the time the food is barely warm, and something is usually wrong. I pay $0.30 to add Swiss cheese to a sandwich, and they never do it. There is one manager there that you can tell that she is trying, but it doesn’t seem like anyone else ever is.

Went last night for a whopper meal and mozzarella fries. There was a hair in mozzarella fries box. The burger was cold. Shortly after eating a few bites I got sick. Stomach rumbling. I called the restaurant 9 times with no answer. I visited this morning to speak to manager. She told me she would not refund me but would replace the fries. I tried to show her receipt but she refused to look at it. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I was disappointed with food and service. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Orders on the app and Arrived they were closed even though they we’re supposed to be open for another hour if your going to close up shoot early you might want to shut down your online ordering systems
I have literally waited over 15 minutes now for breakfast sandwich and there is still cars in front of me not to mention how rude the lady on the speaker is and this is after giving them a second chance when I went last night and ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal with no pickles I literally got two patties one piece of cheese and a bun no ketchup and even wrote on the rapper no bacon which is crazy because I literally ordered a bacon double cheeseburger

Our original experience wasn't the best on a different shift. When I called the manager I spoke with was Very apologetic & offered to replace our entire order or give us up to 5 days. When we did replace is they were AMAZING! Everything was right thanks to a man named "Big Mike"! Thanks to the crew that worked 2/28/25 2nd shift! You all rock & all need a raise.

Most helpful customer service at the drive-thru. My fiance always has trouble with the drive-thru not hearing it Then the attitude at the mic. Not here it was amazing. The attendant was helpful and calm as the whole process was started over. It was cool. Thank you guys for that. I like her smiling. Instead of being mad, causing a drive-thru attendant causes a drive-thru irritation whew. That is scary. Words of wisdom happy wife is a happy life. Pissed off tends to end a beautiful life.
