Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. They usually forget to give you the sauces entirely. Then when they do give sauces, they dont add the ones you asked for. How do they mess it up every single time?
After the 4th time in a row, I complained to corporate and they gave me free waffle fries. When I went to pick it up, I sat in the drive-through and checked the bag, they forgot the sauces again...
I used to be red tier member and would go all the time until I moved out near this location.

They need a better system for the drive through. This was our first time here and the girl walked up to take our order before we even got to a menu. She then looked super confused when we told her we didn't know what we wanted. She eventually offered to get a menu but the drive through line was so long it felt awkward holding it up even longer. Then we got stuck in the drive through because the people ahead of us didn't get their food yet. I shouldn't have to go inside for decent service.
Tom was so amazing! He helped our group clean up a spilled drink and offered to take a group picture of us! Wonderful experience, that we won’t forget!

I always have a great experience at this location. Instantly lifts my mood. I can’t not tell you how much I appreciate the way they clean the tables with brand new disinfectant wipes rather than sani buckets and rags. Also, the cookies n cream steaks are the best in town.
