We waited an hour for our food, and it wasn’t hot when it came out. People who came in after us got their food before we did. Our appetizer came out with our food, which is not how that’s supposed to go. The service was bad, we didn’t even get refills, and we were barely checked in on.

Order was wrong but our waiter was very attentive and made sure it was made right, he gave great service even while having a ton of tables to tend to, then husband left his wallet and the nice hostess found it and turned it in, thank you so very much for honest workers!!!! It was my daughters 16th birthday and thankfully it wasn't ruined we will definitely come back here when in the area.

Ordered takeout Cajun shrimp pasta and a few other things, had to go back multiple times because they gave me chicken and shrimp at first and then chicken instead of shrimp right after. I am a pescatarian and don’t eat chicken and yet they kept messing it up. They didn’t even remake the order when they messed up, they just removed the chicken and there was still pieces of chicken in it. This place is awful at fixing issues and making orders correctly the first time. Service wasn’t any better either, my order took 45 minutes longer than the promise time and then when I had to go back, I had to wait another 30-45 minutes for the order to be remade and issue resolved even though it was never resolved.

Where do I start? Drink spilled on my lap? Extremely hot plate handed to me by the server with no warning as she is holding the plate with a towel? My $26 steak smells like plastic and more chewy than a 10 year old piece of Bazooka Bubble Gum? Or maybe the fact that it took nearly 40 minutes after placing our order to get our food?
Either way, it wasn't worth the $100 bill that we had. It may have been worth $60
My son got a double dipper platter bit into chicken wing and instantly stopped eating it was pure fat and grossed him out. He asked for a to go box and then she comes back and takes his food. So his meal was 17.00 he ate one cheese stick, I slider and started to eat a chicken wing until he bit in to all the fat and no meat. He said the taste was horrible and I said something to our waitress who works like a turtle and she said there was nothing she could do. Truly if she was a good waitress she would have came to our table to ask us how our food was. Then I mentioned to her how she over charged me for the molten lava cakes and instead of bringing me the cash she goes here is a 5.00 gift card and I will personally out of my tip money give u the 2.50 difference that is owed. If it was done right it should have all been given back in cash. Then I had to ask 3 times for a drink. But she was more focused on her big group. We won’t go back there again there service is terrible. I even asked to talk to manager never once did they come to my table. This won’t happen again because they officially lost our service never will we come again.

I’d like to start by saying our server, Raymond was very kind and nice to me and my girlfriend during our visit giving us fair heads up that our food may take some time due to it being valintines day. What I’m here to talk about is the manager. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. But my girlfriend’s Chicken crispers were abit too chewy for her liking, though she wasn’t going to say anything we got them send back for some new ones. When they did come back they were also abit chewy. Again I understand it was valintines day and things were busy but it doesn’t excuse the fact that the manger came to our table with a very aggressive tone and matter of factly snapped at my girlfriend that they were cooked to order and that she made them 3 times for us so she doesn’t know what’s wrong. This would be normal in any other circumstance but the tone of voice and delivery of the mangers comment was not very professional and even made my girlfriend cry because she didn’t even want to start a whole thing over something she wasn’t even planning on bringing up in the first place. Good service and food for the most part, but the manager kind of soured the experience.

This old, dirty run down and sad looking restaurant really disappointed me and my husband. We had appetizers and drinks. Appetizers were cold and greasy, and I was really looking forward to the mozzarella sticks.... Bummer Service was sub par, for it not being busy at all our server didn't even speak to us after initially taking our order, kitchen staff brought our food out and quickly ran off. We paid on the little table kiosk thing and that was that. Maybe another Chili's location would be worth a try in the future but I will definitely not be spending my money at this one ever again! Especially considering there are many many better food options in the area in the same price range.

Got a text at 5:00pm saying to come inside because my order was ready. However when I went inside no one greeted me, no one came over to see if I needed assistance. I stood at the to go counter for 10 minutes before someone came over to see if I had been helped; and there were now 4 more people behind me at this point. I was rudely greeted with ‘do you need something?’ After a quick interaction I was told my order was not ready and the employee walked away. Another 2 minutes went by and someone else came out to tell all 5 of us waiting that our food wasn’t ready. One costumer asked how long and we were told another 15 minutes. I simply asked why I received a text stating that my order was ready. I was told that it’s and estimated time. Mind you I put in an order at 3:00pm for a pick up time of 5:00pm. So there should not be an estimated time as I set my own time. At 5:30 pm I received my food with a ‘here’. Once I got back home my food was cold. And I only live 8minutes from the restaurant.
Unfortunately this was a very terrible experience and I have been here many times and have never been treated so rudely and poorly.

If I’m ordering takeout I am not going to tip “gratuity”. Tipping is for your server. Your server tends to you while you eat and you pay accordingly for their level of service.
Now everyone wants you to prepay gratuity for takeout. Gratuity is something given voluntarily or beyond obligation for someone’s service.
Why would you pay gratuity ahead of time before you even know what kind of service you are going to get?
In our case today we gave in to the guilt tip option and left a few extra dollars. We definitely regret that decision as our food wasn’t even ready for pick up and the staff was rude to my wife.
It’s almost like if you don’t guilt tip them enough they will not treat you well. When did restaurant employees become so entitled?
If you aren’t earning enough to pay your bills then get a real job.
