Really rude staff. Would not let us sample a ice cream flavor….you’ve got to be kidding me! I love cold stone, but I will not be returning to this location.

I have tried to go here twice and it is always either closed during open hours or only the drive threw is open. This time I went at 5pm on a Friday, doors were locked only one worker inside. You once again lost my business because there is no point going here if I can't see the ice cream or topings. I just went to Meijer across the street and bought my own tub of ice cream again. I know everything is undstaffed these days but if these companies dont start paying better then these places will all go out of business. Get with the times, pay better or just hurry up and go under already.

The attitude of the staff was very unwelcoming especially the girl in training. We came in well before closing time and were treated like we were an inconvenience. Probably going to Culvers next time. They are always friendly.

We came at 5:30 to get some ice cream. When we walked in, we instantly felt unwelcomed due to the attitude of Kayleigh (or Kylie?). Before we even got to the counter she asked what we wanted. We said we wanted ice cream and she rolled her eyes and impatiently waited for us to order.The staff was cleaning and closing up shop 1.5 hours ahead of time which made us feel rushed. I did notice a 'training' sticker on the girl's hat, but it wasn't even that, it was the constant and instant attitude we got from her.Gonna stick to Culver's because at least they're kind and appreciate their customer's business. :)

Your Google hours say you are open until 10PM and that it was updated by the business 3 weeks ago. Drove by at 7PM and it was closed. Called in since I could see there were staff inside and no one answered the phone, didnt even offer an option to leave a voicemail. Therefore, I am leaving you the message that your hours are wrong on here. In addition this is the 3rd time in 2 months that I have tried to go here and been disappointed because the Google hours are wrong and it says it's open when you're actually closed.

We went here after a walk in the woods. I was really surprised it was open on Easter. But boy am I thankful they were. We got two Who You Calling Shortcake a dip of regular strawberry and PEEP ICE CREAM!!!!! WH WH WH WHAT?????? The strawberry was really good, and the shortcake sundaes we're beautiful and delicious but that Peep's sundae????? Cold Stone....YOU NEED TO HAVE THIS ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!! By far one of the best sundae I have ever eaten and trust me, I've had more than my fair share. It was adorable looking and delicious. Thanks for completing our Easter day ?
Quite possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I wish there was a negative rating for these types of employees. I will never do business there again

Needs updating on hour's. According to Google only place open. Trying to pick up something for a surprise for daughter. Drove to location to find out they were closed 2 hrs before listed time.

I hadn't been to Coldstone in a LONG time. I decided to try out a custom ice cream cake for a birthday and absolutely loved it! It was fun to customize every single thing that went into the cake. After I put in my order, the store even called to help with some ideas they had for the decorations based on what I had requested. It looked super cute and tasted great.
