I will never ever go to the Norton Street McDonald's my grandsons and I did a order for the first time today through doordash I had a Time of 11:45 for my order to be delivered. so at 11:30 I had no updates so I went into my email and I tracked my order and it told me that my Dasher was sitting at McDonald's waiting for my order well 12:30 came and I still had no order so I called the store talk to the manager asked her about my order and that I never received it she proceeded...read full review
When I pulled up to the window, I was the only person in line and I was asked to tell them what my order was. Had to ask for a manager and tell the rude kid how to make a flurry. I guess they don’t have a machine to mix it because he dumped in the Oreos and stirred it twice by hand. Definitely NOT a flurry! Employees were very rude and messing around about walking out and still having a job tomorrow.
