No matter how I order what I order, it is always somehow messed up and I’m tired of losing out on money every time I order from this place. Would give negative one stars if I could. Staff always looks stressed out and lost, and in turn completely screws my order up

This McDonalds is by far one of the slowest! The wait at the drive thru is so long even when you are the first one that orders and there is no one in front of you. After they tried giving me the car behind me's order I finally received my 1 sandwich I waited 8 minutes for at the window. Not sure if they are short staffed or just don't have the correct management.

My wife and me went there ordered off the kiosk sat in line for 25 minutes with no service no one to say hey how can I help you there was a group of kids talking to one of the managers there they just stood there and talked to the manager manager did not do nothing to make line go faster we ended up leaving and going to Burger King after 25 minutes of waiting. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in Muskegon.

Absolutely will never go here again. This is the third time after a long trip to grab groceries we stop and get something quick. The lady always gives me the wrong drink.. at least twice!!! I get my meal today there’s no ice in my drink, have zero sauce on my burger my fries are just grease!!! No potato. My daughter’s chicken is cold, she asked for a sprite and got a high c.. never again. Save your time and money.

I ordered 2 kids meals and they forgot both toys and apples and when I called they said I could drive back that minute after I just got home with my kids to come pick up the apples and toys but there was nothing else they could do.

We had a dairy allergy and we said 4 times that we did. We ordered a double burger no cheese and asked again for them to make sure at the window. The burger came with cheese. Literally, how can you possibly have 4 different people check and still do it wrong.

Used the app with curbside delivery. Very convenient.
Ordered 2 big Mac's and 2 small fries. Big Mac's were loaded with sauce and lettuce. Fries were limp and cold. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to the meal than couldn't eat it. With the price of food they really need to do better. It was through the drive thru otherwise I would of taken it back.
