Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

To start with,upon being seated, original server did not want to take us and had an argument with the manager telling him to have someone else take us for a table. It seems none of the servers really wanted to serve us. It did not seem very busy being 437 on a Sunday night, but it seemed the servers were overwhelmed. The manager had another server from the other side of the restaurant take our table just so we would have a server. I’ve never really felt that unwelcome in a restaurant ever. Maybe like we inconvenience them to even show up for dinner. We then order drinks I had a beer and my wife’s beer took a extremely long time to get and when it did come out, the can was warm making it undrinkable I would expect more for a $10 can of beer. I ask the server if there were any promos or specials running as I can see there are plenty on your website. I was told there wasn’t any. We had originally come in just to try your $10 tavern double, drink and fry but we were told they weren’t running any promos. We then ordered other sandwiches off the menu. We never did get bottomless fries. I think my plate had five fries on it. We were in a section of tables all by ourselves and pretty much ignored most of the time. I just think for three people $75 could go a lot further at least have a pleasant dining experience. It’s been a few months since we’ve tried this restaurant and last time wasn’t that great either.

The food was great except for the fact that I asked for no avocado because I'm allergic to it. There was avocado on the bottom of my food.

Good food freezing cold in restaurant people were complaining how cold there hands are had to eat with winter coat on hands were so cold it was hard to pick your burger up and eat ( terrible) fix your furnace this is 3x’s been in here and your way to cold and the food gets good fast

Waited to be seated, nobody was at the door, and we had employees walk by us and ignore us, when we finally ate, we were never offered any more fries even though are plates were clean and they were supposed to be bottomless. Paid over 100.00 for this meal...just didn't reach our expectations from other Red Robins that we have ate at.

Never even got a chance to eat at this location. Hostess sat and was very polite but never saw a server that acknowledged us. Sat for at least 10 minutes still no server. Got sick of waiting so let the hostess know we are leaving, so disappointed. Yes it was busy but still should have been acknowledged under 10 minutes when three servers walked by us not one gave us the time of day.

As always all you can eat fries. I had the cod which was delicious. Burgers were good also.

Went out for a date here with my then boyfriend in 2020 and this was late at night. The waitress that served us was actually nice. But a different waitress brought out our appetizer and I have never been treated so rudely. She came out and basically dropped the food off almost like slamming it on the table. I don’t know if it was because it was late or if she was having a bad day? The food was excellent though but we haven’t been back since.

Cod tasted like it had been frozen in 1972 and thawed sometime the previous November.

Worst waitress ever had, I did not even get fries at a place that has bottomless fries!!! Then still charged me for the upgrade to the garlic fries after I said remove it since I didn't have fries! No drink refills or plates cleared.

Absolutely delicious hamburger!!! I had the Scorpion Burger, in my opinion it wasn't spicy enough but I really love spicy! It came with a bottomless side which I chose steak fries & got one refill & than brought the rest home. I took the bun off of my burger but it was delicious even without the bun.

Not good. Was not pleased at all went with a friend. She could only eat a quarter of hers. Mine was the same.
