As a barista of 3 years and this being my second experience at Tim Hortons ; I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed with the execution of their beverages. I’ve finished my drink in about 3 sips and for a 6$ beverage you’d think you’d be able to enjoy more out of it? I went back through the drive thru with hopes they could remake it with a bit less ice and basically got laughed at saying it was how they make their drinks and that it was up to their standards. Feeling uncomfortable I just drove off ; I’ll just stick to my Biggby !

$3.89 for a small coffee and it smaller than the palm of my hand. To make it worse, the cup is only filled 2/3rd of the way? I supplied a picture below and I did not dump any liquid out or tried it before drinking, just took the lid off.
The coffee is sour meaning the ground beans have been sitting out for days and oxidized. It's awful. Not to mention when I neared the end of my two sip drink, there was so much coffee grounds at the bottom.
Not to mention it took them nearly 10 minutes to make a small coffee and a sandwich.
Waste of money and time. Heavens this coffee is gross, but I'm not dumping $4 of 2 ounces of coffee down the drain.

The best Timmy's in West Michigan. Super nice staff, always the best iced coffee, and country music on the speakers makes the best atmosphere. ❤
The food and drinks were amazing per usual. However, the cashier at the drive thru window was subpar. I believe their name was Sierra. They misgendered my partner purposefully because they knew each other. This is discriminatory, and I will not stand for that. Horrible service, but amazing food. Thank you to the cooks and the people who made our drinks, but no thank you to the random person who took our order.

We love Tim Hortons in general. The only reason I'm not doing 5 stars is because of inventory. It doesn't seem to matter when we go. They are always out of birthday cake tim bits, lol. It makes our son sad every time. Depending on who you get, they will make a sprinkle or Boston cream donut for you even if they are out. Some of them will not, though. The breakfast foods are good too. Overall, I would say it is decent, and you should give it a try if you aren't sure.
I went thru the drive thru for ice cream. Usually this isn't an issue as I go at off times and I only ever order the signature creations. I've never been told I couldn't go thru the drive thru. However this time the service was incredibly slow. I ordered two ice creams. There was no one behind me for quite a while, then there was someone. And it was taking forever. I never saw anyone come to the window. They never ask you to pull over or park you.
In fact, I've tried to use the Cold stones app to pre-order my ice cream so all I have to do is drive thru and pick it up, but this store won't use the Cold stones app, only the tim Hortons app. That's crazy to me.
So anyway, to continue, it's taking forever to get the ice cream I ordered. I can't see inside so I don't know what's going on, but the car behind me is losing his mind. He's waving his arms and honking his horn and just getting ready to have an aneurysm or something.
I've already paid. I've been sitting there a bit too, it's gotta be almost done and I'm not leaving. So Mr Drama Queen behind me backs himself out of the drive thru, which he's able to do because it's an off time and there isn't another soul there.
Right afterwards, I get my ice cream delivered to the window and I go on my merry way.
I'm not feeling too bad about the guy behind me. He lacks patience obviously, but I do think the drive thru needs to implement some rules. And I already know it's going to end up being no ice cream in the drive thru which isn't that fair but that's how it was before COVID so it's gonna go back that way I'm sure. It just seems like they could get the preorder thing going on the app. That would be great for everyone!
