Good is amazing. Staff is cool. They forgot about me though so I had to wait 20 mins for my drink. It's very cold inside and the music is a bit too loud to hold a conversation with a friend.

This location is my favorite of all West Michigan. Shoutout to Hayley for having my order memorized, and the entire staff for always being so friendly. I just moved to Grand Rapids and haven't found the same level of service, unfortunately. Thank you guys for making our mornings better for the past 2 years!

I get there before 7:00 p.m. and they told me they can answer me because they close at 7:00 pm so you close at 7:00 why the doors are unlocked for to the customers comes in plus the inside the restaurant is really dirty

Everything I ordered came out wrong plus I had to stand back in line since they forgot to charge me for another thing. Avocado toast was burnt not edible, asked no whip on ice cap they gave me whip, asked for a double double gave me a black coffee. They took 10 minutes trying to figure out how to charge me for an egg and cheese bagel when I told them how to. Asked for double egg on that got single. Just no effort at all!!!

The food is just okay. Don't come here looking for the tastiest meal of your life due to inconsistency. One buddy of mine had a really tasty coffee whilst the others was downright nasty. Nice atmosphere but the service was a little annoying making people pay hella for water. Quick service tho which is good.

I just ordered a steak chipotle wrap but was given a bag with a donut, I took the donut out with my bare hands and the guy in the window took it back after I put it back...I got my wrap then saw him hand out the donut to the guy behind me...that's not gross at all
As a barista of 3 years and this being my second experience at Tim Hortons ; I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed with the execution of their beverages. I’ve finished my drink in about 3 sips and for a 6$ beverage you’d think you’d be able to enjoy more out of it? I went back through the drive thru with hopes they could remake it with a bit less ice and basically got laughed at saying it was how they make their drinks and that it was up to their standards. Feeling uncomfortable I just drove off ; I’ll just stick to my Biggby !

$3.89 for a small coffee and it smaller than the palm of my hand. To make it worse, the cup is only filled 2/3rd of the way? I supplied a picture below and I did not dump any liquid out or tried it before drinking, just took the lid off.
The coffee is sour meaning the ground beans have been sitting out for days and oxidized. It's awful. Not to mention when I neared the end of my two sip drink, there was so much coffee grounds at the bottom.
Not to mention it took them nearly 10 minutes to make a small coffee and a sandwich.
Waste of money and time. Heavens this coffee is gross, but I'm not dumping $4 of 2 ounces of coffee down the drain.

The best Timmy's in West Michigan. Super nice staff, always the best iced coffee, and country music on the speakers makes the best atmosphere. ❤
The food and drinks were amazing per usual. However, the cashier at the drive thru window was subpar. I believe their name was Sierra. They misgendered my partner purposefully because they knew each other. This is discriminatory, and I will not stand for that. Horrible service, but amazing food. Thank you to the cooks and the people who made our drinks, but no thank you to the random person who took our order.
