Toast and Jams has been a favorite of ours for a couple years and we come from Grand Rapids just for the cinnamon roll pancakes. I normally never have a complaint. My best friend and I we there Friday morning 11/29. Not only did our server take forever to take our order. She really didn't listen to us at all. We had to ask another waitress to bring us syrup as our server never came back to check on us. I also pu in an order for cinnamon roll pancakes to go and explained how excited my daughter was to get them. She sent me home with regular pancakes and I didn't know until I got back to Grand Rapids Saturday and my daughter opened them and was so disappointed. I am upset that I paid for that and can't even get a refund. We were very unhappy with our server. It seemed like she could care less about the job. It was not a good experience at all for my $25 bill. I definitely don't feel like it's worth the trip if the server can't get the order correct.

I ordered takeout and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The food was awesome. Their cinnamon raisin French toast is a must try. Cinnamon and raisins are throughout the soft and thick bread. The staff are very kind same attentive. You will not be disappointed!

Great food and fast! My boyfriend was starving when we first sat down and asked for something quick right away and the waitress brought him a couple biscuits and homemade strawberry jelly right away and the jelly was amazing! The only thing I had an issue with was my hot chocolate took forever I never received it until the entree came! Regardless everything was phenomenal!! Waitress was fast and just down right good at her job!! I love the decor! Everyone was genuinely hospitable!! We will definitely be back!
Excellent breakfast!! Great atmosphere and coffee. Clean place with slight vintage vibe. Connie was wonderful in explaining the history of the establishment. Will definitely return!

Great breakfast spot, I would say the best in Muskegon. It does get very busy, so be prepared for a wait. Lots to choose from on the menu, but I’ve always gotten breakfast. 10/10!
