An employee locked me out before they closed. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and no cars were at the windows. I will be reporting this to corporate.

The food was fine and the person serving us was very friendly and helpful. What I did not care for was the filthy dirty tables not wiped off after other customers. . There was no ketchup in the ketchup machine no cups in the other ketchup machine and there were two cigarettes put out on one of the table tops. This is not where I like to take my grandchildren for a meal when it’s that dirty.

Short staffed. We waited in line 35 min after giving our order. Where is management when the staffing is so short? The reason I came here was because I didn't want to wait in a restaurant for food. When we finally got our food, the order was wrong. Bless the staff they were trying. This shouldn't be open if they can't staff it.

Good when they wanna be. Ordered a chicken blt in a biggie bag once and just got lettuce may and a chicken patties on a bun.

The person that took our order was on her phone playing game the whole time she was trying to place our order. I received four junior hamburgers that had mustard, onion, and ketchup on them, and they were ordered to have only ketchup and extra pickles completely wrong order the food was cold and the service was awful and the restaurant had pop spilled all over the floor and was filthy
Not from this area but had stopped by for food yesterday and were out of the oreo brownie, the ladies there were so sweet and informed me to come back the next day and it would be in stock and were so kind. Came back today for lunch and the same two ladies were there and again gave me such great customer service! Keep up the work, will be coming back when in the are ❤️

Long wait....food on floor and dirty tables you say I'm dining in but food comes in a bag to go ...for the price of the food we should get better. If there is a burger king, McDonald's or Wendy's I'm doing Wendy's, all because of bad experiences at burger king and McDonald's is expensive for the food value...so come better Wendys

Worst Fast Food place I've ever been to. The team was rude and made multiple errors and it was obvious they weren't sober. This place should be temporarily closed and have all staff replaced and retrained. Took my order, forgot my order and asked me to repeat it (even though they should have the slip) and then proceeded to tell me they're out of chocolate after taking my order (among other things.)I will NEVER return to this place and I truly hope it closes and is replaced with literally anything else. 0 stars.
