Got a Dave's $2 Double and fries around 2PM. The fries were stale when I got them, and the burger appeared to have sat under a heat light for a while. Too many sauces, which soaked through the bun, which split in half shortly after I started eating it. Mayo and ketchup and mustard all over my plate and hands. I choked down half the burger, and threw the rest away. Burger was good-sized, but I couldn't eat it. I uninstalled the app.

I dine at the Norton location. The morning and daytime crew in your drive thru are awesome!Gotta give a shout out to your cooks as my food is always good. So far my food order has been correct .I eat here 4-6 times a month I only decided to give Wendy's another try because a friend made me try your biscuit and gravy.

They are clearly incentivized to rush and be very abrupt with people. Because it is *every* employee, I wish management would stop making these people be rude. Every interaction at the window begins and ends with "thank you (and please move now)"
