Ordered the “famous bbq” it was literally processed turkey deli meat? I’m confused. It was grey and wet. DISGUSTING, took one bite and it made my stomach turn. My husband got the reuben and it tasted like bananas?? 😩 0/10 on food, 0/10 on customer service. Do not recommend this place! Revise your menu and re train your staff immediately

Called because it is my bday to see if they have cakes on hand/what time frame is for a bday cake based on description. They clarified they don’t have cakes. Currently has 2 dairy free options: Vanilla and Raspberry sorbet.

We went there just for ice cream but noticed they have a LOT of different food items. Very surprising. Ice cream was good, and maybe sometime soon, we will go back and try something from their food menu.
Thank you for being open soooo late. We were in the area. Searched ice cream near us that's open. They were the only ice cream shop still open. Worth driving out of the way to enjoy. Plus they got some good food.
Kid-friendliness: Even though my 7 year old asked for 3 different kinds of hard ice cream, I asked if they could make it 3 small scoops. They did a perfect job.

Some of your workers are extremely rude & make some very inappropriate comments. For example, my mother ordered a large coffee lovers dream & the guy taking our order said, "damn, a large jeeze."
Another girl asked if I 'wanted this cone', I said, "I didn't order that" she said oh it was made wrong, it's free. Then she told the same guy who made the comment to my mom, "she said it was hers." No girl I didn't. Also when bringing my moms order back to the table, I came back to get my order and the guy said, "why do they always runaway from this window?"

The Whippi Dip has the best soft serve I've tasted in the Muskegon area. It's full of flavor and creamy! This is always a favorite place for a treat for my family! They have tables, a playground, hammock, and more to enjoy while you're there. They also spray for mosquitos so you don't get swarmed while trying to enjoy your ice cream!
