Love the blizzards

My husband stopped to get us dinner tonight (8/11/25) around 4:20 p.m. he pulled up to the window to pay for our food and one of the workers was blatantly complaining about him because he didn’t immediately know what kind of sauce he wanted with his meal. (Didn’t even give time for him to answer) The younger female employee made the comment of “if people want to order food here they better know what they want before they waste my time.” When her coworker pointed out that the window was open she voiced loudly letting everyone know that she didn’t care. I’m so disappointed in this becoming the new norm for this restaurant. We will take our business elsewhere.

It was dq not much to it
The older lady at the drive thru window was rude and my pretzel sticks looked beat up like they dropped them on the floor

35 mins, 15 of which I had my ice cream melting and 10 of which I watched my order sit there getting cold, while the lady made everyone’s ice cream and then to top it off my order was wrong. Lame.

Norway DQ is the Sunday sweet treat stop for our family- we are suckers for a cookie dough or s’mores blizzard, but the real star of the show is both the staff and the service. Made to order fast food can cause frustrations with guests because it takes time, however the staff is kind and consistent in their service. We ordered a S'mores Blizzard birthday cake recently and I will let the photos speak for themselves. We could not be more thrilled with how it turned out- perfect for a 26 year olds birthday! And the best part- it was FREE because we use the app!

It's usually good at this DQ, but I'm not impressed today. Ordered a peanut buster parfait, got what what was basically an extra large hot fudge sundae. Fudge on the bottom, chopped (not whole) peanuts, ice cream to the top, then more fudge & Chopped peanuts. Plus, the ice cream was half liquid. Found out later they were out of whole peanuts, if they'd told me that I could have ordered a hot fudge sundae with Chopped nuts on it for a lot cheaper. I haven't had a PB parfait in a long time & was really looking forward to it.
One other thing, if you eat here, grab a sweater to wear, it's always freezing in here, that's why I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere.

Great people wonderful customer service and awesome tasting chicken
There aren't a whole lot of places to eat in Norway so we went to DQ. What a total disappointment. First of all when I drove up the garbage container was so full of trash you couldn't get one more thing in it and it was 12 30 lunch time. The last time 2 months ago it looked tge same.
Sitting in the dining room trying to eat and fruit flies are flying all around our table. Gross. Then when we came to throw our garbage away in the refuse container all kinds of fruit flies came flying out of it. Clearly that hadn't been emptied in days. Perhaps health authorities need to have a phone call made to them. Pure laziness on the employees behalf in not taking the trash out daily. Disgusting! Where is management? Who holds them accountable. Can't see them staying In business much longer under those circumstances. Sad and disappointed.
Literally just had the worst experience I've ever had at a dairy Queen at this dairy Queen. We came around closing time and we're told they were only serving ice cream that was fine. We then got up to the window paid and were told that the ice cream machine had already been shut off and it would take 10 minutes to get our ice cream. We were offered a refund so we said yes. The cashier was then unable to issue the refund so he just gave us 20 bucks cash even though our order was 20 bucks and some change. He also took forever trying to figure out how to refund us. He also rushed my husband to order saying he was about to turn off the lights.
Mobile order came out fast.
