To cold inside, service is slow and dull.
Quicker than the McDonald's in iron Mountain. Food usually tastes more fresh too.
I’d like to know what happened to the regular crew at this McDonald’s in the last couple weeks? It’s like they all of a sudden disappeared and have been replaced by crew members from the McDonald’s in Irmo. The Norway, McDonald’s is one of the friendliest McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff is phenomenal. The management does a wonderful job. Now, all of a sudden there is no friendliness no smiles no greetings just Anya a bag of food and go on your way. I would have a hard time understanding why all of a sudden you would replace such a great crew with all different people from another store. There is no problem with the food and that type of thing as they do a good job on serving the menu. But the difference in hospitality and friendliness is unbelievable. In fact, this is why I do not go to the Iron Mtn. store. Now they have allowed the Norway store to be infected by the same on friendly staff.
My husband bought a BBQ quarter pounder, the sandwich was sloppy and the seem to be over cooked.
Have gotten very slow. I was inside one time and 2 of the girls were working without shoes on, in their socks.
Jordan was overwhelmed, but he held it together and got through the madness. He deserves to be acknowledged
Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes.
They said it would be a moment. Never got to order. Asked how much longer, got no answer after 15 minutes. Left. Service Sucked here!
Very good service!
McDonald's isn't what it used to be. Never eating there again!

What does it take to get hotcakes Syrup and butter with your Pancakes at McDonald's?? The last 3 McDonald's I've been to I've had to go back and ask for Syrup and butter. It was labor day Monday and they were somewhat busy and my husbands eggs were cold and rubbery. Also my iced coffee that I got and paid for did not have all the Syrup it should have. I had to go and get more sugar packets because when I went to get the butter and syrup, it was like they didn't even want to take care me.

Let me preface this with: I'm a huge pickle person. I always ask for extra extra extra extra pickles. I'm usually disappointed because most McDonald's only give you 2 pickles even after asking that way. Not this place! The girl working made my day, I had extra pickles on my burger and she gave me a little cup of pickles in case that wasn't enough. Super sweet, nice touch. Thank you for actually listening to your customers. ☺️
