Live in Norway and I go here at least once a week. For breakfast, coffee or lunch, the fries are always unsalted when fresh or you get the soggy, sandwiches look like they get body slammed into the wrapping with ketchup seeping out of the sides ALMOST EVERY TIME, and today at 11:30 am on a Tuesday they said “closed for maintenance” when my order was online and refused to give me my money. The ten minute commute to iron mountain is worth dealing with Norway McDonald, especially anytime after noon they take 10 mins a person.

Came to order with my child and had to hear a worker in the dining room tell someone who sounded to be his SO that she should spend a night in jail...not exactly a welcoming environment

I’d like to know what happened to the regular crew at this McDonald’s in the last couple weeks? It’s like they all of a sudden disappeared and have been replaced by crew members from the McDonald’s in Irmo. The Norway, McDonald’s is one of the friendliest McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff is phenomenal. The management does a wonderful job. Now, all of a sudden there is no friendliness no smiles no greetings just Anya a bag of food and go on your way. I would have a hard time understanding why all of a sudden you would replace such a great crew with all different people from another store. There is no problem with the food and that type of thing as they do a good job on serving the menu. But the difference in hospitality and friendliness is unbelievable. In fact, this is why I do not go to the Iron Mtn. store. Now they have allowed the Norway store to be infected by the same on friendly staff.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. They said it would be a moment. Never got to order. Asked how much longer, got no answer after 15 minutes. Left. Service Sucked here!
McDonald's isn't what it used to be. Never eating there again!

What does it take to get hotcakes Syrup and butter with your Pancakes at McDonald's?? The last 3 McDonald's I've been to I've had to go back and ask for Syrup and butter. It was labor day Monday and they were somewhat busy and my husbands eggs were cold and rubbery. Also my iced coffee that I got and paid for did not have all the Syrup it should have. I had to go and get more sugar packets because when I went to get the butter and syrup, it was like they didn't even want to take care me.
