The food is generally good, but there are a couple guys that work there that make it no secret that they hate their job. Makes for an uncomfortable conversation of how they wish they were anywhere else and you basically inconvenienced them by stopping in.

Every time I go to the subway in Norway Michigan, the people who work there are super rude, basically just throw the food together and smush it while wrapping it. Also the food I just recently got, was made very poorly! Was missing a sauce, wrong bread and the bread was old and crusty! And it was not wrapped the right way either! Honestly I doubt I’ll ever be a customer there again. Completely disappointed. I would never treat a customer this way!

Cat and Kylee are so nice, and make beautiful subs. They seem like they are great friends, and easy to get along with.
My sub was okay, but unfortunately the customer service we received was rudest customer service I have ever received from a subway, the worker seemed to be annoyed making our subs and stated he had "other" things to do. Which made me feel like an inconvenience by even stopping there for dinner while on vacation. The young man working seemed annoyed with his job , maybe he should find something outside of customer service and I really hope he had better day. And doesn't treat other customers like that..

Just want to write a 5 star review to this subway and the young man that made my pizza today 1/6/24. Having food allergies sucks and having someone put a lot of care into the food they make for me despite restrictions is really awesome. Hats off to him and the rest of this subway. It’s always clean, well stocked, and efficient. Love having this store as part of our little town of Norway! Thanks Laura and the whole team for the hard work!
