The food was terrible the employee who was working January 17th 2026 heavier set male with glasses maybe crossed eye did not have a name tags on was making my sandwhich so he could hurry and make his sandwich he threw my sandwich together sloppy and was very rude. I mean if you dont like your job Just say that! Also when I was asking for my of certain sauce he told me for the honey sriracha sauce when I asked for more he told me “ fine it’s your funeral “ with a big nasty attitude. I was so disgusted with his service and I’m a regular so I didn’t expect to be treated like shit! He needs to have some type of consequence for how he treats employees so rude nasty and couldn’t even out my sandwhich together as I asked . I will never come to this subway again and I will forsure be to tell all customers to not come to Norway employees are nasty.

I usually don’t post bad reviews , but this is pathetic . My mom ordered me this sub on Saturday, and I even put MORE option for everything & this is how much they put on my sandwich. Very weak. There was also a moldy tasting pickle in my sandwich & also some onions that I didn’t even order for my sub. I’m very disappointed. Norway subway has definitely gone downhill in the last 6 months c

The utensils they use, the bins they keep your food in, their produce itself. Disgusting. Please, go in and look before you order food from there.

Every time I go to the subway in Norway Michigan, the people who work there are super rude, basically just throw the food together and smush it while wrapping it. Also the food I just recently got, was made very poorly! Was missing a sauce, wrong bread and the bread was old and crusty! And it was not wrapped the right way either! Honestly I doubt I’ll ever be a customer there again. Completely disappointed. I would never treat a customer this way!
My sub was okay, but unfortunately the customer service we received was rudest customer service I have ever received from a subway, the worker seemed to be annoyed making our subs and stated he had "other" things to do. Which made me feel like an inconvenience by even stopping there for dinner while on vacation. The young man working seemed annoyed with his job , maybe he should find something outside of customer service and I really hope he had better day. And doesn't treat other customers like that..
