Honestly, this has always been my favorite B & R location. I've gone there since the 1960's and always stop by if I'm in town. What a wonderful tradition that plane represents.

Went through the drive thru on 11-01-25 at about 11pm. The lady on the speaker was rude because I asked for a large sundae and she said we don’t sale large we have three scoops. I politely told her thats what I meant to say and she told me well you didn’t say that. Then I kept telling her I wanted extra hot fudge, whip cream and a cherry. I didn’t get any of that. And as you see in the picture. She put the fudge in the lid and just flipped the lid over on the ice cream. So it wasn’t really no fudge on the ice cream but all on the lid. Who ever owns this baskin and robins need to retrain their night time employees or hire someone else. This lady always have an attitude and loves to correct people disrespectfully. I’ve encountered her a few times at night. If it wasn’t for them being the only ice cream place open at night I would never come here.
Don’t go at nights they say they serve coffees not shakes! I asked for a shake he told he can’t make because he can make shakes untill 1 and told he have to clean his blender👌. I thought this store is open all day ?
I ordered chocolate almond and chocolate fudge ice cream through Uber Eats and these this location sent me pistachio and vanilla praline. I don't understand how they remain in business.
they completely messed up my order and gave me dairy instead of dairy free. I almost went into anaphylactic shock i would not trust them
Great service! I love the fact that you can see your order on the screen.
Kosher Certified! With great quality and taste. 👍🏼
Decent for a Dunkin, but it's fast food

EverytiPme I go to this Baskin & Robbins, they are out of certain flavors. They serve my 2 scoop Sunday in small cups. This place is horrible and I will not be going back.

Thank you again for the most delicious ice cream celebration cake! This is my go-to place when I need a Kosher cake. In the past, I needed to choose a cake already made in the freezer, but now they have a decorator again! Yay! My guests and I enjoyed the ice cream cake. I will be back in the future to get an ice cream cake and donuts when the need arises.

Brought my son here to celebrate his t ball game and the doors were all locked prior to 9pm. They locked them closer to 8:30pm. And basically told me I had to use the drive thru which took away from the experience of my son picking out his ice cream. It was horrible I had to leave with a screaming 4 year old because I refuse to spend my money somewhere that would lock the doors early and stare at a disappointed child through the windows because they are trying not to do their job. This is so terrible and I will not be returning. To whoever owns this place, they are turning away money and whoever the manager is shame on you!!!!

I cannot stress enough that you should avoid this location for any advanced order. 2 times now they have failed to have our order ready. This time we ordered online and paid for a customized $28.00 PolarPizza to pick up Thursday at 10:00am. I showed up at quarter to 11 and gave them my name and order number and their response was that they "...didn't have that order..." and that was it. When I pressed them and showed the screen shot of the order, order number, date/ time and location they again said they "...never received it..." and again, just sort of stood there and looked at me. After some back and forth and talking amongst themselves, I again asked someone what the situation was and they came back and said they now had the order and would make it while I waited. I was almost positive it would be a problem, but I was pressed for time, and it was for a birthday later that day so I waited. After a few minutes someone approached me and asked if they could see the order on my phone again so they would know what to make so, clearly, they still did not have that order or did anything to retrieve it. After a couple more minutes he walked back over and handed me the item and walked away. I was very disappointed that not ONE of the people working even offered any kind of apology. Technical issues aside, you have a customer standing there with confirmation of a PAID order with a clear pick-up time and location. There is no doubt you failed that customer. Why not offer a simple apology? To round it out, as soon as I got home i stuck it in the freezer, and when my wife got home that night to take a look at it, as expected it had melted because they poured hot fudge on top of the ice cream. As you can see from the picture it was a total mess and, on a side note, I later found out that it had leaked and got ice cream and fudge on my floor mat. Needless to say, my wife drove back to the location, returned it and asked for a refund which came with an offer to exchange for some other completely different kind they had in the freezer pre-made. She declined, asked for a refund again and then... finally got an apology. It was only after she got back home that we remembered a couple years ago this same store didn’t have the order when we arrived to pick up an ice cream pie we had ordered for our sons birthday party. We were wiser then, I guess because we asked for the refund immediately that time. In summary, this location is not well connected to the larger network or does not obtain orders properly but either way is completely uninterested in valuing their customer. I’d suggest you use a different location if you want Baskin Robbins products.

If I could give them a zero, it would be a zero I ordered two scoops strawberry sundae The first one the guy made was a single scoop, with just whipped cream and nuts. The second one he made. Was just whipped cream, and nuts had to go knock on the window because it was late night he walked away, so then I had to walk around to the drive-through while a customer was waiting on their order The guy working did not want to put the strawberry topping on it. He’s trying to tell me I gave you the two scoops that’s because the first one he only gave me one scoop. Never again terrible customer service!!!!
