Read edit! The food is great. Unfortunately the woman working there is too busy on her phone to pay attention to what she’s doing, so I now have salsa spilled all over me and my car because she threw them in the bag upside down.

Edit to add: food is SO burnt today. So disappointed. It’s trash.

The food was absolute fire and cooked to perfection, you can tell there is a lot of heart and soul out into the recipes and cooking techniques. This restaurant is also authentic, their displays of El Salvadorian culture, as well as Mexican culture is beautiful. I ordered the cheese and bean, and revueltas pupusas. With it, you get salsa and curtido. I’ll certainly be back to maybe dine in, but definitely to take out. Beware that there are no bathrooms in this establishment.

🌮🔥 Hidden Gem Alert! 🔥🌮 Okay, y’all… I just stumbled into a little slice of Mexico right here in the neighborhood—and I am SHOOK (in the best way possible)! I popped in just to pick up someone else’s order (yes, I was the food fairy 🧚🏽‍♀️), and even without tasting a single bite, I already know this spot is about to become my new go-to. This place? AUTHENTIC with a capital “A.” From the smell of freshly grilled tortillas to the warm welcome from the owner (who told me they’ve been rocking it for 5 YEARS?!), I was sold instantly. Like… how have I been sleeping on this?! 😩 The decor? Simple but real. It’s giving “don’t judge a taco by its tortilla.” And even though I didn’t eat (YET), let me tell you something: if vibes had flavor, I already know this food SLAPS. I mean, you can just feel it in the air. My next visit? I’m pulling up hungry and leaving with a belly full of love and salsa. 💃🏽🌶️ Local folks—support this spot! The owner mentioned they need more exposure, and honestly, they deserve ALL the love. Let’s not let this little treasure stay hidden. Put it on your food map. Mark it with a 🌮. #HiddenGem #MexicanMagic #NeighborhoodEats #AuthenticAF #TacoTuesdayEveryday

Great carry out spot with delicious pupusas. Absolutely can’t get enough of the bean and cheese ones.

The guacamole is also very decent and the salsa is fresh.

Very authentic. Used to live in both Mexico and El Salvador. Wish I had found this place sooner! Food is so freaking good. Worth a visit. Ambiance inside makes you feel like you just stepped into a restaurant in El Salvador.

Food tastes like someone's grandma is in the back cooking up a meal. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back.

The steak burrito, refried beans and rice were all cooked really well. Perfectly seasoned, great portions, very filling. The nachos were also great, plenty of ooey-gooey melted cheese, well seasoned beef. Awesome! My only complaint is that the chips were a little stale. But honestly that didn't do much to take away from my experience (they did seem to be house-made).

Highly recommend this place if you want quality Mexican food for a good price 👍

This is a gray spot for authentic El Salvador food. It’s hard to find this type of authenticity everywhere and they nail it. When you walk in you feel like you’re home but in El Salvador! I really appreciate the food and the service is always on point.
